This lovely lower level of a home was just completely remodeled with tile through out. Only 200 yards to the beach, this lovely 2BR/2BA property has a massive flatscreen TV in the living room, flatscreens throughout and sleeps 6. Convenient to loads of shops and restaurants, it's also a great value and a short walk to the beach.

Area Attractions:
Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

Awesome family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! This place was perfect for me and my family. Just a quick 2 minute walk from the beach which was very convenient. The owner was really quick to respond and make sure we were comfortable with our stay. Everything was there that you would need as far as bath towels and wash cloth and hand towels and dishes and spices. All this was very convenient! I would definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. The home was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described in the listing. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach chairs, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen.Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, making check-in and check-out very easy. Girls trip to the beach.

Really loved this location. The beach was really close so no having to fight for parking on the beach. The property was neat and clean. Nothing to complain about but would like to make a suggestion, that there be a body mirror. Us girls love to see what we look like . Would definitely stay again without a doubt. This location is also very close to a seafood restaurant called Pompanos and it was delicious. We walked to it and only took not even 5 minutes, again didn't need to fight for parking.

Great place and great location

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach every day. It is located close to restaurants and shops. We definitely recommend staying here and we would love to stay again.

Amazing Place!!!

This was our second time staying here and once again it beat all expectations! Noticeably they’ve made some upgrades with appliances that really tie the whole place together. Communication was extremely easy and the owner is quick to respond. It really is 200 steps from the beach and is in the center of everything. Thank you again for an amazing stay!

The property has potential

It was a unit that has a lot of potential. The property is close enough to walk to the beach. It does not look like there have been updates to this unit in quiet some time. The living room furniture is very used and stained. (my family and i did not sit on it the entire stay due to that) The pots and pans need to be replaced. (all are very used and scratched up) There are a few holes in doors that appear to have been poorly replastered. We did not see any bugs however when we arrived it smelled like roach spray and we smelled that very strongly during our entire stay.

Pictures look nothing like the actual home. Paid to stay 2 weeks. Got there and immediately noticed a horrible strong odor which was roach spray. 3 tvs however none of the remotes worked, when I ask the host if I needed to replace batteries, she responded with “yes, I will reimburse you, and if you don’t mind, could you bring in all the trash bins from the road” I replaced batteries which fixed the tv issue, however my husband and I couldn’t breathe for the smell of roach spray, both woke up with splitting headaches and me throwing up. I text the host and told her we were going to have to find somewhere else to stay and she finally called me that night and offered me another unit, however by that point we had already checked in somewhere else so we could actually get some rest and breathe. She graciously offered to Venmo me for the pack of batteries however didn’t offer anything back on the stay!

Close to Beach

We really enjoyed our stay and the property was very close to the beach!! We were thinking from the pictures that the property was 2 units, but it is actually 4 units. We rented the downstairs unit and my only complaint is the person in the other unit beside of us lives there full time. I felt him to be a little nosy and while outside on the porch he would walk over and use the water hose attached to our unit. This would be my only complaint so this is not much to complain about!! The owner was great with every accommodation!! We will definately stay here again!!

“Spring break trip”

This particular property did not live up to its listing credentials! First of all, it was not modern in many ways at all. There was not enough space in the unit for 6 people as it was listed? The kitchen was very, very small and did not provide space to eat as a family. The place had not been cleaned well or in awhile! The master bath (shower) head fell off halfway through our stay and the 2nd guest bathroom drastically needed work on the walls and the shower. In short, my family did not enjoy our stay! “The unit truly needs work” if it’s to be listed as it has been…

Girls Getaway

The building is split into 4 apartments and we stayed in 202. As far as location you can not beat it, this is the best thing it had going for it. We did have enough towels, toilet paper, and paper towels for our stay. Beds were okay. The cleanliness of the apartment however was rough. The door to the apartment is dirty and the walls need a good scrubbing. The worst part are the cockroaches. I messaged owner about roaches and she called me to relay to me that she knew about them b/c of a previous guest. She said that she has people spray every quarter and that is why the roaches were moving (because it was just sprayed at the beginning of the month). She also told me the apartment had roaches because it was on the lower level. Owner was regretful about situation and apologized but it is not okay. Roaches are disgusting and if she was aware of the problem she should have informed me of issue before I arrived and allowed me to make other arrangements. She said she was going to offer a token of gratitude through Venmo but as of now she has not.

Short walk to the beach

The host was very good about getting back to me with any questions I had!! I recommend if you’re staying more than a couple days to bring extra toiletries, paper towels, and trash bags as only two days worth were available to us and we stayed 6 nights!! But overall was a pretty good experience!!

Great place close to the beach

Cozy home just a short walk to the beach. Location is also great because you can walk to Pompano Joe's and other little shops nearby. Washer and dryer definitely came in handy for washing our beach towels each day. Owner Tiffany was very responsive anytime we needed anything. Highly recommend.
