This lovely freestanding villa is surrounded by the lush landscape of the Sea Pines Resort and is a short walk away from the sandy white beaches that make Hilton Head Island a premier vacation destination. You’ll also have access to a shared pool.

Enjoy the sand and sun during the day or take a trek through the adjacent 600-acre forest preserve. The Sea Pines community also has a complex pool with private bathrooms, several tennis courts, and delightful winding bike paths to explore during your vacation. The Sea Pines Trolley, which runs seasonally throughout the community, will transport you the three miles to Harbor Town where you can find live entertainment, amazing restaurants, and watersports on the waterfront.

The villa is designed with an expansive open floor plan in a lovely seascape motif and has a raised deck and screened-in porch outside to take in the sights. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious. One bedroom has a private bath with a walk-in shower and washer/dryer combination, and the guest bedroom accesses another private bath and walk-in shower. An additional outdoor shower is perfect for washing off the sand from the beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Comfortable and Restful

We spent most of the time at the beach, which was close to where we stayed. Then we visited several restaurants that were close by in Sea Pines. At the end of the evening, we enjoyed a comfortable sleep at our rental. Everything was really clean.

We’ve stayed at #18 many times. It is always clean, has comfy beds, a kitchen with most of the tools you will need to make meals and a 6 minute easy walk to an amazing beach. We will be back next year!

Perfect hideaway

We love this little unique house . It was tucked back on a quiet street. Short walk to beach acces. Very close to community pool. This smaller house is actually very spacious,very cozy and pretty updated. Beds are very comfortable.we would definitely go back again.

The house was clean and cozy. We had plenty of space for our family of four. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils. The walk to the beach was a little farther than I had anticipated - About a half a mile from the front door to the water. They also did not provide basic beach essentials, such as beach towels or chairs so we purchased those. Overall, the house was nice and in a quiet safe neighborhood. We liked that it was near the entrance of Sea Pines and we didn’t have to go through the whole community to get to our house.

Great home!

This home was in a great location…walking path to the beach, bike trails everywhere. The home had everything we needed. Lots of privacy. Small “complaint”, house is kind of dark inside (poor lighting) and ran warm even with the AC on its lowest setting.

Bigger than it looks!

We stayed for a week as an end of summer escape before the kids go back to school. The house was smaller than what we normally look for, but didn’t plan to spend much time inside. Nature had different plans and a tropical storm kept us mostly inside for 2 days. We were pleasantly surprised to not feel cramped or crowded despite the smaller square footage. The space is used very well. The location is great, and the beach is just a 5 minute walk away. The bike trail is very close. The neighborhood pool is right down the road, and very nice. Nothing but nice things to say about our stay!

The unit was so nice and clean. Great location! The dryer was broken and we could not get the property Managment to give us any towels and washclothes or fix the dryer. We reached out 4 times. We tried to wash towels but had no way to dry them. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The property was very clean. It was small but perfect size for my daughter and I. I being a hot hormonal woman loved the window air unit in the master bathroom. There were some spots of mold in the living room area on the wall near the vent. That bothered me but probably doesn’t bother most.

Convenient location to the beach. We have stayed here before and the property has always been clean and well maintained. Would prefer that snakes not be used in decorations though. Screened in porch has fish, snakes and other decorations. Previously, there was a snake decoration above the bed in the master bedroom which thankfully gone. Most people are not fans of snakes so it is a rather curious decor choice.

We have been to n this hose for 3 prior vacations. I think it’s time to replace the yellow floral

Pleas replace the yellow chair! It’s sticky with filth and body oils. The couch was broken when we arrived and they fixed it. Time for new chair and couches. Thanks So much gore the high speed secure WiFi so I could do my work while on vacation! I was VERY grateful for this!

Cute, cozy, well stocked house!

Night Heron is super cute and comfortable, and we will definitely be back! House had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, WiFi worked great. A couple important notes: Sea Pines requires a pass for access. It is part of your reservation, but you need to pick it up at the Vacasa office. That detail was in small print at the end of the check in email, so I missed it and paid $20 for the weekly pass (well, $40 since we had two vehicles). Even with that, Sea Pines is worth that pass because we had an almost private beach at times, and shopping areas were not over crowded! The listing says short 4-5 minute walk to the beach, it is every bit of 9-10 minutes. It’s an easy walk as it is a paved path the majority of the way, and flat, but you will be drenched in sweat during hot months, lol. Again, our trip was great! We saw alligators, stingrays, and a bald eagle! At times the beach was nearly empty other than us. The water was mostly calm, the house was quiet and comfortable, restaurants nearby were so great! 10/10, highly recommend!

Perfect!

This home was perfect! Had everything we needed. Very comfortable and felt like we were at home! Convenient location to trails, activities and restaurants for biking. We parked our car when we arrived and didn’t use it again until the day we left, we biked everywhere! Short walk/bike ride to the beach. No complaints. Thank you! Can’t wait to come back!

Night Heron 18 always wonderful.

We’ve stayed in the Night Heron area many times over the years. All of the bungalows have been great. We especially love #18. Nicely decorated. Very clean!!! Super comfortable beds. Perfect walking distance to the beach. We always bring our bikes too. We will be back again and again!!!
