1736 Bluff Villa is a lovely updated two-bedroom two bath villa in South Beach. Situated between the Calibogue Sound and Braddock Cove, you are just steps from the beach!! This villa has beautiful wood plank tile throughout and a newly updated kitchen with everything you need to prepare snacks for the beach, morning coffee, or a delectable meal to enjoy at the dining table. The sliding doors in the living area let the light in and the open living space has comfy cozy furnishings just perfect for relaxing with a good book or hosting movie or game night! The entryway gives you a nice place to store beach gear out of site, and there's a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

South Beach Marina is nearby for all of your shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. The 5,000-acre Sea Pines resort includes the Harbour Town Links of RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse.
