About this property

Minimalist design. Very comfortable and cozy. Large sofa sleeper in family room and 2 Double beds in the bedrooms. Sit and Stand desk and office chair in one bedroom. Standard "L" desk and office chair in the other. Another small desk in the family room for kids. All new furniture. Dining table with 4 chairs. Well equipped kitchen and pantry. Walk to the beach, pier and downtown shops. In Summer, the free trolley stops right in front of the house. Enjoy endless summer in San Clemente.

Although property was clean and the beds super comfortable it is old! Not a fan of carpet and bathroom could use a reno Didnt use the kitchen as the home owner had all personal food in there , fridge was dirty looking Parking is a nightmare, as we have a truck -great to be able to walk to beach tho
