Welcome to this gorgeous Spanish beach cottage with stunning ocean views, located just one block from the pier and two blocks from historic downtown San Clemente. This Spanish style home was completely renovated and feels like you are in a resort with all its amenities, (The pictures speak for themselves). This home is equipped with everything you will need for that perfect vacation, just unpack your bags and enjoy. Don’t forget the bathing suit, a must have.

The beach awaits, beautiful sunsets, great surfing, stroll on beach trail, tour the downtown shops, walk to the pier or downtowns' fine restaurants, go wine tasting, take in a play at the local Cabrillo Playhouse, go antique shopping, all just a few blocks away, or just enjoy the casual laid back atmosphere of San Clemente!

This home offers an ocean view deck with patio table for dinning or just hanging out, enjoying the views or taking in the sun. There are also several other outdoor dining areas to enjoy. You can dine in front of the outdoor fireplace in the back yard or just sip on some wine or have your cup of coffee on the front patio, all offer serenity, ocean breezes or views.

Once the sun goes down enjoy the indoor or outdoor fireplace for a romantic evening or just play cards and games on the dining room table that can accommodate everyone. There are two flat screen TV’s to enjoy movies. Every room has a ceiling fan but they are rarely needed as the average summer temps are around 79 degrees.
