WE KNOW RINCON. WE CHOSE THIS LOCATION FOR A REASON. Why stay in the expensive, old tourist zoo of Puntas & Sandy Beach when you can stay in a new, spacious home for less that is very close to all the fun. The more that you know Rincon, the more that you'll love our home and its location.

THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL RENTAL. This is a spacious, new, clean, pest free home with all the comforts, amenities, storage space, stable utilities and covered parking because we live here part time too. For example:

YOU’LL SLEEP & DINE WELL: Our home is in a quiet neighborhood and has AC units in all bedrooms, oversized beds (king, queen, full, twin & crib) with double pillow top mattresses, extra pillows/blankets & 800+ count cotton sheets. All bedrooms have blackout shades AND blackout curtains. Our home has a full kitchen with all the appliances and kitchenware that you need and an outside BBQ grill. Plus, our dining area comfortably fits 6 adults with highchair available.

YOU’LL RELAX IN SPACIOUS COMFORT: Our living area contains AC, large couch and oversized chair, high-speed internet throughout the home and a 65” HDTV with surround sound & Netflix. All windows contain blackout shades for your privacy. Our workspace contains a wrap-around desk, comfortable executive chair, and wireless printer/scanner. You can relax in our private yard in our hammock for two underneath our oversized umbrella. Bring all that you want on your trip. Each bedroom contains a full closet with hangers and dressers. We also provide a large safe for your valuables. You can store your gear in our oversized laundry and storage room with a door that locks. Or you can pack light, as you have access to a full washer/dryer. The home contains a carport with parking for up to 3 additional cars.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Our home is in a small, new, safe & quiet neighborhood with 8 homes on a cul-de-sac less than 5 minutes from downtown. Our neighbors are friendly locals that care about their homes, and many speak Spanish & English.

CLOSE TO FAMILY BEACHES, SURFING & WATER SPORTS: Our home is a 2-block stroll to the beach to watch gorgeous sunsets. Our home is a short, 2-minute drive (less than one mile) to a secluded, calm family beach with sand bottom. Three additional family beaches are 6 to 9 minutes away. We provide a cooler, umbrella, 4 chairs and beach towels for your convenience. You can paddleboard & snorkel in calm water at any of the family beaches. The best scuba operator, parasailing, deep sea fishing, and sunset tours are all within 9 minutes or less.

Surfers, the best breaks in Rincon are all 8 to 11 minutes away. Plus, our home provides the best access from Rincon to the breaks on the north coast 35 minutes away. We’re located on the south side of Rincon away from all the traffic with easy access back to PR 2 that provides a straight shot to Aguadilla and the north coast. You can store your boards in our secure, oversized laundry and storage room so that your boards are safe and out of the way unlike in so many rentals. We’ll provide you with a surfing guide containing detailed info on all the breaks after you book.

CLOSE TO SHOPPING, DINING, ETC.: Shopping, grocery/bakery/liquor store, bank, medical facility, police station, pharmacy, most of the best restaurants, gas stations—almost everything, and downtown are 5 minutes away or less on PR 115 that is easy to navigate. The public sports complex with full track, exercise equipment, and tennis courts is a five-minute walk from our home. Plus, a gym with all you need that accepts short-term memberships is a three-minute drive.

CLOSE TO ALL OTHER ACTIVITIES: Horseback riding, waterfalls, zip lining, bioluminescent bays, golf and everything that NW Puerto Rico has to offer are located 10 minutes to an hour away depending on what you want to do. Our home provides the easiest access to PR 2 that allows you to get anywhere that you want to go.

WE’RE EASY TO FIND: Our home is located on PR-429 one block from PR-115, which is the main road that runs through Rincon. You won’t have to drive through sketchy neighborhoods or on winding mountain roads to get to our home, which is key, especially when arriving late at night.

STABLE UTILITIES, THANK GOD! Parts of Rincon experience frequent outages (think no AC or water). Outages are infrequent in our home’s area. This is because our home is located 2 blocks from the beach behind the sports complex near municipal buildings within 5 minutes from downtown where the city has invested in additional infrastructure.

GUEST ACCESS/ACTIVITIES: You can self-check-in. We also provide a professional property manager fluent in 3 languages available 24-7 who lives close. We’ll plug you into all the best vendors, restaurants & activities after you book, as we’ll do all that we can to make your stay memorable. Our home is easy access yet safe and secure.

Our stay at this home was wonderful. From the time of booking until the time we left communication with the owner was fantastic. The property manager was very welcoming and accessible if needed. The home was in a great location and very easy to find. Quiet area and close to beaches, restaurants, grocery store, bakery. Home is clean and beds are very comfortable. It has all the amenities you may need. Will rent this home again in the future when visiting family in PR and would recommend to all visiting the area.

The property was very clean, comfortable and convenient to beaches and surfing lessons. Owner and property manager were very responsive and helpful, plus the manager, Roger, also teaches surfing! Perfect for our boys. Last but not least, the solar energy backup kicked in to get us through the great New Year's Eve black-out. Definitely recommended!

This property was excellent. My family has been in Rincon for generations, so I'm very familiar with the area. I have stayed in half dozen vacation homes in Rincon over the years and this one was the most convenient location for my needs. It was well stocked with everything we needed, clean, and easily accessible from PR-115. I travelled with an aging mother who can't do stairs or hills and needs easy access to showers. This met all our family's needs. The property manager was friendly and the owner was very communicative and accommodating. Wonderful experience.

Wonderful Gem in rincon

We just came home from a five day stay at this wonderful convenient location in rincon. Michael is so proactive and responsive with all planning and preparation’s before during and after our stay. The house is very clean, and in a very safe location, one block walk to the sunset beach, another 10 minute walk to a very beautiful beach to swim, and a nice trail to run or walk in the morning. It is a few minutes to shopping and restaurants , and very close to all other surfing and swimming beaches. We are looking forward to returning!

The house was just what it was advertised as. When in Rincon you are outside enjoying the surf, water adventures and local culture. The house fit my family of 5 very comfortable. Family Getaway

The house was perfect for myself, my partner, and my daughter. Exactly as the pictures show and had everything we needed. Mike was very attentive and communicated before, during, and after our stay. Amazing home and stay!!

Everything about this stay was phenomenal. From the moment we booked, we were welcomed and knew what to expect. We received contact information for management and very specific directions to the house. We arrived to a safe neighborhood and a truly beautiful home. It was clean, inviting, and exactly as advertised. There were no issues with hot water, the beds were comfortable and the fans and ACs in all of the rooms were in wonderful working order. When we were told we were welcome in their home, they meant it. Every base was covered to the last detail. Specific information was provided about the surrounding area, and suggestions were made for entertainment. Every need was met, every question answered. Mike went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting Rincon and won't look anywhere else when we return.

We spent 3 weeks in paradise, awesome house, close to everything, incredible experience!

After years of traveling this was the 1st time everything was just perfect with the house! This is in large part due to Mike’s attention to detail. The house was sparkling clean upon arrival. Everything we needed was here for us to use. Thx for coffee, wine and snacks! Communication was fast and professional. The 32 page house and guide book was very helpful with a wealth of local area knowledge. The newly constructed house is in a new, friendly, cute neighborhood with the water right at the end of the road. Location is awesome right in the middle of everything. This house didn’t have that rental/income property vibe that I find most do. It was like a close friend was letting us stay at their Rincón house and letting us use all their stuff. A true super host! If the dates are available book this house! You will be glad you did!

Comfort and location a great boost for vacation!

This property, located in the Stella neighborhood south of Rincon, is a comfortable, clean, and convenient location for exploring Puerto Rico's west coast. The house is used often by the owner, so the furnishings and kitchen supplies are all in good shape, the bathrooms in good working order, and conveniences like the washer/dryer accessible. We were able to stay cool during the warmth of the day, with plenty of blankets and towels available during our stay. Prior to our arrival, the island had been hit by a near-total power outage that lasted for days. We arrived before Rincon and surroundings were brought back online. so we were without power for the first afternoon/evening of our stay, with power returning the following morning. The property owner and manager were both apologetic and the manager worked hard to develop an interim plan. So, please be warned that power outages in Puerto Rico can affect any property. The property manager was helpful throughout our stay with our questions and pointing out places that were most suitable for our activities (beaches for surfing vs. snorkeling, etc.). The house comes with a comprehensive guide to surfing in the area and other amenities, along with the owner's recommendations.

Endless Summer best place we have stayed in Rican

My wife and I have spent about a month in Rincon at a VRBO property each year for the past six years. This is the best place yet by far. The house is located in a brand new neighborhood of about 8 homes. Other residents are very friendly. They are also visibly up and about daily, making the neighborhood very secure. When we arrived the house was very clean. The 3 bedroom/2 bath unit is spacious with about 1,100 square feet. The living room furniture is new and very comfortable. Each room is equipped with a state of the art mini-split air conditioner which very quickly cools the room and is extremely quiet - this is a big plus. (Other places we stayed in Rincon had inefficient in the wall A/C that was annoyingly noisy). The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans and utensils and a gas stove. There is also a gas grill that was clean and worked well. The laundry has high capacity washer and drier. The unit also comes with beach chairs and several umbrellas. A mile long swimming beach is about a half mile away and the sports facility with tennis courts is a short walk. You will need a car. The land lord is very gracious and very much on top of things. We highly recommend this rental.

Making paradise even more comfortable

Ended up picking this location/property somewhat randomly between a few options up the NW PR coast, and it truthfully made our trip - would absolutely choose again and hope to next year. Communication with owner/PM was straightforward and quick. We came for an extended trip and with two people working partly remote, we had all the space and comfort we needed. Well stocked kitchen for cooking/living there, and pleasant little street that was quiet and safe. Rincon and the surrounding beaches/activities were a delight, and two weeks wasn't enough.

West side of Puerto Rico

Group of 6 We had plenty of room. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Third bedroom has bunk bed. They provided beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Also they have a washer and dryer. There is a beautiful beach called Baneairo beach that is 7 minute drive. Not a lot of waves which was great. There is a wavy beach that is 15 minutes away called Sandy beach. Restaurants are nearby about 5 minute drive. Neighbors are really nice. Everywhere we went we found people who spoke English. Great experience.

We live in Florida and fell in love with all that the Northwest corner of Puerto Rico has to offer during our first trip to Rincon more than a decade ago. We've travelled extensively and were able to realize that the area surrounding Rincon really is a special place, especially if you love the water and nature as we do. We knew during our first trip that we wanted to live here part-time and would eventually call Rincon our permanent home.

Why they chose this property

We searched for more than 10 years during multiple trips to Rincon to find the perfect home location, as we wanted to be patient and learn the area extensively before we made our selection. Fortunately, we were finally able to find exactly what we wanted, as we believe our home offers the best of all worlds for the reasons summarized below. We've named our home Your Endless Summer and believe that you will understand why after you've have stayed in our home for a few days and experienced the convenience that our home provides. We say that our home is close to all the fun yet far from the crowds for a reason.

What makes this property unique

We know Rincon, and we choose our home and its location for a reason. First, our home is brand new, spacious, safe, quiet and clean unlike so many Rincon rentals that are much older, especially those rentals in the Sandy Beach and Puntas areas of Rincon. Second, our home contains higher-end furnishings that you won't find in other rentals such as oversized beds with double pillowtop mattresses and 800+ count cotton sheets, 65" HDTV with surround sound, etc., as we live here part-time too. Third, our home has sufficient storage even for large parties, so you won't find yourself having to continually step over your stuff during your stay, as we know annoying it is to constantly deal with clutter. Fourth, our home experiences stable utilities unlike other areas of Rincon. Nothing ruins a vacation faster than being without AC or water. And finally (and most importantly), our home is the perfect jumping off point for all that you'll want to do during your stay. For example, we're two blocks from the beach and less than a mile from a great family beach. Most of the areas' shopping and dining and downtown Rincon are five minutes away are less. All active Rincon waters ports including surfing, scuba diving, and deep sea fishing are 10 to 12 minutes from our home. And finally, our home provides the most convenient location to get from Rincon back to the main highway that provides a direct shot to all the other activities available to you on the west coast of Puerto Rico, as nothing is more frustrating than spending your vacation stuck in traffic.
