Villa 2 at Casa Aguas Azules is a 2BR/2BA beachfront villa on Corcega Beach in Rincón, Puerto Rico. Enjoy direct beach access, a shared beachfront pool, and modern Caribbean décor with locally sourced art and unique pieces. Set above a beautiful stone wall with a Mediterranean feel, the villa offers a private, upscale Caribbean experience. Pool and beach areas are shared with The Mansion and Villa 1.



The Space:

Stunning 2BR/2BA beachfront villa on Corcega Beach with sunset views, private beach access, central A/C, WiFi, Smart TV, stocked kitchen, gas BBQ, gated yard, and washer/dryer. Enjoy direct access to the beach and a shared beachfront pool with the main house and Villa 2. Please note: the villa does not have solar, a generator, or backup water. Although it is infrequent, it does happen from time to time.



Guest Access:

Villa 2 at Casa Aguas Azules has a private entrance, and both the villa and balcony are fully private for your stay. Located on the second floor, it offers beautiful views and easy access to the shared beachfront pool and patio, shared with Villa 1 and The Mansion. There are plenty of private lounge areas around the pool, and night swimming is especially enjoyable.

Villa 2 at Casa Aguas Azules is a beachfront located house in a quiet, private community of upscale houses.



Getting Around:

A car is needed to enjoy the entire area.



Other Things to Note:

We reserve the right to cancel/limit bookings based on number of nights during Holiday weeks/weekends (3-5 days)

We are located on the western point of the island.

We are2.5 hours from SJU Airport, 35 minutes from both BQN & MAZ airports and 1.5 hours from PSE Airport in Ponce.



To avoid the drive from San Juan there is a Cape Air flight that goes direct multiple times a day from SJU to MAZ.

Amazing place and excellent check in process. The property is amazing, waking up to the ocean view every morning was the best. Quiet neighborhood, excellent for families and a short drive to all attractions and activities.

Amazing stay

We came from Europe and we loved it!. We looked a lot before booking and this house has it all, high standards, safety, luxury, amazing views AND a private beach. Absolutely Amazing. Now to the details: The house is super comfortable with a very cool tropical high-end aesthetic and is very private, which is everything we wanted. We had a private balcony with wonderful views, the pool is gorgeous and guess what…. its own private beach. All we needed to do to get to the private beach is gone down the steps directly from the pool area. The host is gracious and the house feels private and secure. Already booked another stay for August in the Mansion!!! Can’t wait.

The stairs that went down to the beach, the only way to get there, had no railings, the stair treads were very narrow making getting up and down somewhat like climbing a ladder. After a week there and me registering a complaint, the owner had his handyman come and put up railings around the platform and a railing down the stairs. that made it safer but he still needs to put in wider stair treads as these are way to narrow. It is a simple and easy fix he just needs to do it. He did refund me a little $ for the inconvenience of no railings. And for the $$$$ a week I was paying for a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that is certainly not asking much. This place is definitely overpriced given the many other areas to rent in Rincon that also boast magnificent views, pool, private beach. Definitely look around before choosing this villa/condo.
