The Property is a short drive to attractions while far enough away to provide a relaxing haven from the crowds. The cottage is comfortable and clean. The owner is friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here and hope to return.
My family had a great vacation in Maine! The cottage is great! New construction, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed going to the pool and the cottage is in the perfect location to access beaches and surrounding towns like Portland, Saco and Wells.

Thank you for the feedback on the cottage. We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay and hope you’ll come visit again soon!
This place is first class. The decor is beautiful and pristine. The kitchen is well-equipped, and I had everything I could ask for. The cottage and surroundings are beautifully landscaped, well kept, and clean, clean. There are 2 big beautiful pools just steps away, and the clubhouse and workout room are really nice. The host(ess) is really responsive. I very highly recommend.

We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay at our cottage! You were wonderful guests and I hope you come back again!
Loved this charming family's second home. Located in a secure quiet development, it gave us easy access along the whole coastline. Strongly recommended. This three year old property is far better than the usual rental.
We rented the house with our two children. Arundel was close to beaches and activities, but a 10-15 minute drive to Kennebunk and kennebunkport and ~20-30 minutes from Saco/Old Orchard Beach. The community is new, house and community amenities, including pool/terrain are beautiful and the owner easy to get a hold of and communicate with. I believe ~1/3 of the houses are built, and the houses immediately surrounding this home are completely finished. It will eventually be connected to the Eastern Coast Trail, but to get to the trail now it needs to be after 5pm or a weekend and the road to the trail is a construction zone.
The house was advertised as “kid-friendly”, the majority of the owners are older and it seemed they were tolerant of kids as long as they were quiet (2 boys; age 10 &6). That being said, the immediate neighbors were very friendly and helpful with ideas of activities for the kids.
Overall, we had a great experience and wonderful vacation. The Arundel area appears to be up and coming and there is a new dinosaur-themed mini golf course to open soon about 5 minutes down the road. We would love to return in a few years to see how the community and area have developed. We would recommend this house as a rental!

Thanks so much for your feedback on the cottage. We will update the listing to say that the Eastern Trail is not quite connected yet. There are so many exciting things happening at CACP, and it becomes more beautiful every day as more homes are built and amenities are added. We are glad that you enjoyed our neighborhood. We have found it to be incredibly welcoming to our daughter who is twelve. She enjoys conversing with all of the neighbors about her Maine adventures. We hope you will return to the cottage soon!
The house was very cute and cozy. The neighborhood was in a great location and had excellent amenities. Very convenient location to take day trips to Boston, Acadia National Park, Portland and Fremont. The surrounding area of Kennebunkport was delightful for dinners, shopping and days at the beach.
The owners had great communication and were very accommodating. We would definitely rent this house again!
The home is beautiful, clean and decorated very nicely. The location was very good. The owner made herself available if I had a question. My family and I were very pleased and would stay here again.
