Cozy and quaint, this 2 bed, 1 bathroom condo with sleeping for four is a perfect family getaway. One bedroom has a queen sized mattress and the other bedroom contains 2 single beds. The total square footage of the condo is roughly 750 sq. ft. The kitchen comes fully stocked for nice family dining. This semi-private property has log cabin exterior, private parking, patio with charcoal grill, TV, beach fire pit and the best views on the island.

You’ll be within walking and/or biking distance to town which includes McDonough’s Market, Holy Cross Catholic Church, Toy Museum, Whiskey Point Lighthouse, Dalwhinnie’s Bakery, and of course Daddy Frank’s Ice Cream Parlor, just to name few.

Summer resident of the island for over thirty years, I am thrilled to have finally purchased my own little piece of heaven on Beaver Island. Growing up near the Chicago land area, the island has always provided an escape from the hustle and bustle of life in a big city. It was a time to relax and unwind with the water outside our doorsteps.
