Breakaway West, On Free Town of Vail Bus Route

THE POOL AND HOT TUB WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE WINTER 2025-2026 SEASON AND SUMMER 2026 FOR RENOVATION.

Breakaway West is Vail's best value! Located 1.5 miles to Vail Village and ski lifts via Vail's free bus system that runs every 20-30 minutes (or a 10-minute walk to Lionshead in street shoes). ; free WIFI; free uncovered parking.

This 2-bedroom suite features 1000 square feet of living space; one king and two twin beds and a sofa sleeper; full kitchen; in-unit washer/dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and soak in the two outdoor hot tubs or sun on pool deck. For stays of 1,2,3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $200 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Cozy place within walking distance of Lionshead Village.

Comfy place with everything we needed. Super responsive when we asked for later checkout. This made all the difference for us!! Hot tubs wonderful! Right next to shuttle line (which is always on time!), not a far walk from Lionshead village (maybe a 10 - 15 min walk). Would def stay there again!

Great location and plenty of space!

This condo was plenty of space for 3 adults. It also felt private and was quiet at night. The short shuttle ride to Vail Resort was very convenient and the hot tub was a great amenity to have after a day of snowboarding. If you're going to be using the kitchen, be prepared to buy small items like salt and pepper.

Great Condo

Very cozy condo with all the amenities needed for a ski vacation. Free shuttle right outside the condo door. Two small issues on the whole unit would be that the pipes knock the wall when any heat/hot water are on above, below or yourself. The thermostat also gave us a little issue. We could not adjust and have the heat turned down. We just opened the door/window to relieve some of the heat. As far as the knocking we simply turned on a noise maker at night to camoflage the knocking.

Convenient Locations

Great location by free bus... hot tubs very close to room. Building made dripping noise 24/7. Overall great place to stay for a ski trip
