We had a fantastic stay. The owner, Jenny, was very responsive and provided excellent restaurant recommendations nearby. The home was spacious, spotless, and pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for our family. Its location — only 3 minutes from Belleayre Mountain — made getting to the slopes quick and easy and was perfect for relaxing after full days of skiing and snowboarding. Highly recommend this property.

Host was helpful and very quick to respond to questions. Check in/out information was provided in a timely manner and very easy to access property. House is comfortable and dog friendly. Fireplace was great! Parking more than sufficient for the 3 cars we had. Belleayre is really close. Great stay!

We had a wonderful time! The house was very beautiful and had lots of room. The drive to Bellayre was only 3 minutes. Our host Jennifer was very friendly and easy to contact! We would love to come again next season

Great family ski weekend

We had another wonderful weekend at Birch creek mountain house. The house is so comfortable and clean and just minutes to the mountain. Jennifer is an amazing host and responded to any questions immediately.

Great vacation home for family and friends

Fantastic home: clean, comfortable with a very friendly host. We stayed with our friends (2 families with kids) and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We skied every day (the house is 5 min away from the ski center) and went fishing to the lake which is walking distance. Perfect getaway and thank you Jennifer for being a great host.

Great place to stay in the Catskills!

We all enjoyed our stay at The Birch Tree Mountain House. It was very spacious, clean and well appointed for our stay. It had everything we needed for the weekend. We hope to return again.

Amazing property

This house was so amazing! The house was spacious and clean and the bedrooms were big and comfortable. Plenty of room for kids to play and adults to hang out. The backyard is also an incredible private space with a fire pit and water access. The property owner was very nice and accommodating. We had such a perfect vacation at this house, we will definitely be staying again.

Weekend in Big Indian

The house was a lovely place for my family to spend a 3-day holiday weekend. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, utensils, etc for eating in. We did not check out the local restaurants this time. The location is very easily accessible to Belleayre Mountain for skiing and there are many hiking trails to explore.

Clean, spacious, beautiful!

The house is spacious! We had 3 families staying and had no issues. The backyard and the stream is great, and there’s a beautiful lake beach/park area just 2 minutes walk away. Jennifer was very quick to answer our questions and we had a great time. Highly recommend!

Amazing weekend

My family had a great relaxing weekend on this property. The house was very spacious and clean. The house had a large deck and a huge backyard. We enjoyed listening to the sound of the rushing water from the creek just steps away. Our hosts Jennifer and Michael were great and very helpful. We can not wait to come back!

Ski trip @ Belleayre Mtn…

This was our second stay at this very comfortable and spacious home. Love the fireplace and living room area where friends and family can hang out and relax. House is updated and has a great porch in rear where you can enjoy nature and listen to the water flowing against the rocks in the creek. Minutes from mountain. We will be back next year!

Taking in the Catskills

House was just as described. Very open and spacious- house was very close to a high speed road as others noted but the backyard was very spacious, inviting and safe. The creek is quite wide and provided lots of fun for our group. The fire pit was great as well. The kitchen even had a blender! Communication with the owner was easy and she was so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
