Relaxing stay

Our stay was great although we didn't get code to the property via email as promised; We had to call several times for the code. Upon entering the property, we impressed with the appearance. As a host, no clear check out instructions.

We had the most lovely stay in Kelly’s home. As a host, she was extremely flexible and communicative. The place was super well located and had beautiful views but was quiet. Perfect for a small family visit like ours. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

My family stayed here for 2 nights (husband, myself and my 2 kids - age 8 and age 11). The condo was super clean and check-in was really easy. Location was amazing - right across the street from the beach and we were also able to walk into town (about a 25 min walk to town). Highly recommend this place and would defintely stay here again.

My husband and I had a lovely stay. The apartment is charming, the bed comfortable, and you can't beat the location (so close to the beach and to town!). The host was also very responsive to questions/minor issues.

Perfect Girl's Weekend in Montauk!

Mini-Moon in June!

We stayed for a mini-moon after our wedding and the space was perfect for our stay. The beach a short walk away , the village also a walk away, and the pool is right outside your sliding door! The area is a must visit! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Hello! My husband and I are very excited to be new owners of a unit at the Atlantic Bluffs in Montauk! We recently purchased this property and we are so happy to be able to share this wonderful slice of Montauk heaven!

Why they chose this property

This property has everything you need for a beach trip to Montauk. The beach is directly across the street and does not get too crowded! We are towards the end of Old Montauk Highway and there is a trail that you can take to walk or bike into town to run to the grocery store or grab dinner. The Atlantic Bluffs is a great location, has a pool for days that you want a break from the sand, great outdoor space and again, a perfect location!
