It is across the street from a Marina in a quiet neighborhood, less than 2 miles from the nearest boat ramp and less than 5 miles from downtown. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 2 full decks - one with lake views, 3 car garage and carport on site, living area, full kitchen, dining area. You will no doubt enjoy a comfortable, beautiful, quiet stay in Perfect Timing!

Perfect location

We were visiting some family friends at the marina and this house is directly across the street. Perfect location to walk to the marina. A short drive to Lake Guntersville State Park or restaurants. Loved the house. Games to have some family fun and unwind. The snacks were an added surprise.

Great house to relax and enjoy Guntersville lake. We only wish that we could’ve put our boat in right across the street or somewhere closer but obviously that has nothing to do with the house!
