SeeChelle Escape is a beautiful ranch home located in Cape Coral Florida with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This home sits on an intersecting canal with western exposure in a quiet neighborhood. The updated kitchen includes Granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage. Your kitchen will be ready for cooking with new small appliances, dishware, silverware, glassware, pots and pans. All bedrooms include newly purchased mattresses and pillows and tvs for your viewing pleasure. The spacious master bath has double sinks and granite counter tops. The guest bathroom was recently updated with tiles, rain shower, vanity and a huge linen closet that will be stocked with new linens and towels. Pocket sliders from all rooms open to the newly paved pool deck and lanai with a tv, and amazing views of the canal leading to the Gulf of Mexico. The sunset views over the canal can't be beat! A paved walkway leads down to the canal composite deck and lanai, and space for boat mooring. The in-ground pool is heated and is screened in. Patio furniture will allow for much needed relaxation and spacious enough for all your entertaining needs. Home includes an over-sized 2 car garage. The bridge at Cape Coral Pkwy has a 9ft 3in clearance, should you decide to rent a boat. Kayak through the canal with the kayaks provided on site. Also included are 4 adult bikes and 2 youth bikes. Vacation here at your new home away from home! All interior rooms have been newly furnished.

Everything you want in one place!

We loved our stay! Our favorite thing is having access to everything we wanted to do: the beach, boating, canal, kayaking, biking and the outdoor living area with pool. The property manager was great; quick response and accommodating and Checked in if anything was needed during our two week stay. Very impressed and had a relaxing vacation. And we got to bring our pets.

Sunshine Getaway

Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We celebrated my husbands birthday with family while we were in Florida. It was about an hour drive to Naples beach, but the home alone is a sunshine getaway. DJ has everything you could possibly need at his beautiful home for your stay! Canal living at the Seechelle

My elder mother & I stayed for two months from mid-Jan to mid-March 2023 to getaway from MN winters. This was our third year as we love Cape Coral and canal living! The lanai overlooking the canal watching the heavy boat traffic and evening sunsets was wonderful. The neighborhood is safe, friendly, and great for walking and convenient to anything you could want. The amenities were as described, the decorating in good taste and supplies were very sufficient.

Great vacation with friends

This was a great vacation rental. Everything was as described and more. There was everything you could think of in the kitchen and bathrooms. DJ responded immediately to our questions. Our two little old dogs loved the lanai. It is convenient to all things SW Florida. It is a shame Hurricane Ian destroyed so much, but the beaches will recover. We had a great time anyway. We loved the pool. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We hope to visit again.

Great Home

We had a wonderful time at SeeChelle Escape! The house was immaculate. The kitchen has everything we needed and more. Actually the house had EVERYTHING you could need or want. We enjoyed the pool daily- the temperature was perfect! We enjoyed kayaking, used the beach chairs, beach towels, and wagon at Sanibel. This house really does have everything! The size of the house fit our family of 5 perfectly. DJ was great to work with and was very responsive to any questions we had. We definitely would stay here again!

Most Fabulous Stay

I can't say enough good things about SeeChelle Escape! This place was amazing! Right when we walked in the door and looked around, we wanted to book it again in the future. Our kids loved the pool and canal area and it was so peaceful. The home is immaculately clean and because of that we all felt very comfortable. DJ goes way above and beyond to have everything ready for your family to enjoy a week of vacation. We stay in Fort Meyers/Cape Coral once a year to see my dad and I always want something close and also in a safe area. We felt vey safe here and had no problems at all. All the necessary stores are nearby and the home is furnished with all the necessary items to enjoy an easy stay. My two sons enjoyed fishing off the dock and made so many good memories. This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed at!

Very well appointed home , with beautiful views. The fishing off of the dock was great. Get some live shrimp and only use a bare hook! Sunsets are beautiful to watch from the porch. I highly recommend this property.

Cape Coral Getaway

We spent a week at this lovely property as we were in town visiting family. There were a total of 4 adults, 3 kids between 10 and 12 and 2 children under the age of two. The house was very spacious and fit us all very comfortably. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and had everything you could want. The pool was a hit with the kids and the view of the canals and palm trees were beautiful. We even spotted a couple manatee one afternoon! I would recommend this house to anyone and will plan to stay here again on future visits.

House was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need: beach/pool towels, bikes, chairs, fishing gear, even a basket ball hoop! The pool was clean and wonderfully heated!! Paradise @ Cape Coral

Amazing!!! Breath Taking!!! Super clean house, mesmerizing views, all possible things that you could need for your vacation are provided by DJ. Publix just in the corner of the house. My family has been traveling to Florida for over 20 years, primarily to the Florida Keys. We purchased this home in Cape Coral because I am an avid sportsman and feel the Cape Coral area is the perfect place to access the ocean safely. The weather in Florida can be unpredictable, and Cape Coral provides all the ocean access our family needs while also providing a safe haven from windy weather.
