Spacious open floor plan with 4 BR/3 full BA and brand new heated pool. Beautiful house located on T-section of the canal, direct gulf access and fantastic waterview. Amazing w/ "ORIGINAL TERRRAZZO FLOOR" and hardwood cherry cabinets paired w/gorgeous granite counter-tops & canister lighting, & Stainless Steel Appliances and front loading washer/dryer.

Master bedroom with a King size bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom. Three guest bedrooms each with Queen beds and 2 shared guest bathrooms. High-speed internet and Kayak provided for guest use. Walking distance to the Cape Coral Yacht Club and beach.

Bring/rent your own boat! House has a concrete dock with poles and cleats to secure a boat.

Relax & enjoy private heated pool in the lanai overlooking the intersecting canal. Watch Dolphins or Fishing in the back canal from the dock. The new pool is equipped with a salt water system which is much gentler on the eyes and skin. 240 sq feet covered patio includes BBQ grill, dining table, coffee/tea table, lounge chairs, sofa and rocking chairs.

Exploring the surrounding Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Fort Myers Beach and Naples. Visit #1 rated beach in the USA, Siesta Key which is only 90 minutes away.

Standard Rate is for up to 4 people. $10 extra per guest a day.

The pool was great and maintained clean by a service. The pool area needs nicer pool chairs to sit around the pool. The inside of the house was very clean, the kitchen was very well equipped. The living room should have a newer and bigger TV, more up to date. The bedrooms were very nice with comfortable beds and nice soft sheets.

The house was great. It was clean and beautiful. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything. The pool was very nice and we used it every day. The host was wonderful. They were so responsive to answer questions and resolve any issues. We really enjoyed our time in the house and in Cape Coral.

Enjoyed our stay. Canal with gulf access was perfect to see the dolphins swim out front. Beach was within walking distance. Location great for a lot of restaurants and shopping. Good house for family.

Great house in a great location. Plenty to do around the area. We enjoyed sitting on the dock and fishing and swimming in the pool. If you are in town for baseball tournaments, this house is great.

We had a great stay! The house was exactly what we expected clean, comfortable, and the pool was a big hit. The dock was perfect for the fishing lovers in our group.A few small suggestions:• The listing mentions a pier within walking distance, but it’s no longer there due to a hurricane, so that could use an update.• Essentials like toilet paper and dish soap were limited, so bring a few basics just in case.• We had 7 guests but only 6 towels would recommend having at least one per person.Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable place. This is a beautiful well laid out home with room enough for everyone and close to everything Cape Coral has to offer. The pool/lanai and view of the canal is fantastic. The hosts are very responsive to all inquiries. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay! This house seems tiny from the front but it has a lot of space when you get inside. My family enjoyed the space by the pool. The pool was a perfect temperature and my kids didn’t want to get out! The location is perfect for going anywhere in the area. Thank you!

We had a wonderful weekend. Sharon and the house were great. We enjoyed the outdoor area the most, especially the pool. The house was clean and spacious. It is a great location. We enjoyed the farmers market and the Boathouse Bar and Grill. Will definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Sharon’s property - it was super clean, spacious and had tons of natural light, the pool was warm and it was so fun to be right in the canal to watch boats go by. The kitchen had everything we needed and the neighborhood was really pretty. We will be back next year for sure!

Great stay

Booking and check in was easy. Upon arrival house looks small but don’t let it fool you. The house was very spacious and bedrooms good size. Lots of seating. House was clean and stocked. Porch and pool area were great. Brought our boat and it wasn’t far to get to the fishing areas. Conveniently located to stores. Host was amazing and answered any questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for a big family

This property was very clean and spacious. Great for our big family. The neighborhood is quiet and so cute and also very close to anything you could need/want. Bonus being right on the water. So peaceful at night sitting outside. I will note that we ran out of/weren’t provided with some basics such as trash bags,hand soap, paper products and the propane tank for the grill was empty. The kayaks also did not have any seats in them so we couldn’t use them which was a bummer since they were a big perk to the property for us.
