Like Brand New.. Home is completely ready and waiting for you and your family!

Location is everything and this home has that.. you are a few minutes to the Yacht Club, Cape Coral Beach and restaurant. The amazing view of the extensively wide canal and a straight through boat ride to open waters. The home has 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 + and a queen size pull out sofa in one of the guest bedrooms along with a queen bed. A full equipped kitchen and everything else you need for the comforts of home. The bedrooms are 2 on one side and master on the other. There are TV's in 2 of the 3 bedroom and the living area as well as free wifi. Master bedroom tv has cable so you can access local tv for weather and news all other tv's are smart tv's with Roku. Do not miss out on this home and we look forward to having you as our guest.
