Absolutely incredible time at this property. Exceeded our expectations in every way. So convenient to town, and with young kids in tow the location of the house made everything seamless. Would absolutely recommend this property. We had such a wonderful time on Nantucket. 11/10 !!!!!

Wonderful home near town

We had a great stay over the 4th of July. This home has a great living space for large families (or friends)- and is ideally located near town and Jetties Beach (fireworks). We would highly recommend- it's a gem.

Beautiful Nantucket !

This was a wonderful house! The location was the excellent. The house was very large and lovely! The owner was so responsive and even brought us umbrellas! We can’t wait to return to this house!

Very special stay!

This was our fifth summer staying in brant point as a family . We hope to revisit this house over and over. Incredible location to town, beaches. The house was spacious and clean and the caretaker was communicative and reliable. We had no issues and enjoyed every moment .

Such a secluded house yet close to town and multiple beaches. Our kids loved the lawn. We ate outside w a Steele view. Spacious house w a wonderful feel

The BEST!

We rented this house for a girls weekend. I have rented many houses and this is, by far, one of the nicest. The house is HUGE! Great location. Owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. The house is incredibly well stocked.

Family reunion

Loved the location and layout. All bedrooms with ensuite baths a bonus. We are perennial nantucket renters and this house was our favorite. It felt less like a typical rental than staying with friends; lovely appointments and stocked with all you need to enjoy your time in the island. Only thing missing was a croquet set and horseshoes for that great lawn. Thanks so much for a wonderful week on ACK!

Fantastic location, great space for large groups

Overall, a lovely stay perfectly located between town & Jettie's beach. The location absolutely cannot be beat. The house is spacious & laid out well for family hangouts, family dinners and has an office space for when you're working from vacation! Only downsides were that the beds were very, very firm. While some folks like this, as a soft-bed fan, I found it difficult to sleep. And while the top floor suite is lovely with a bathroom the size of my city condo, the ceilings are arched and my father hit his head on the beams more than once when getting out of bed in the morning.

Trip of a lifetime

This property is fabulous. We celebrated a 20th wedding anniversary and birthday while generating additional memories . It was well represented and clean and we were so pleased at how close it was to town. This made it very convenient for the different ages of people to come and go as they please on their bikes to jetties beach and town. We didn’t take a car over so would bike to the grocery store and grill out every night. Plenty of space to spread out. Property manager was very responsive to the few issues we had. I can imagine it would be a great place to stay in any season.

The Perfect Vacation

This is an extraordinarily spacious, well appointed property! Our daughter and her 6 month old daughter occupied the airy king suite on the first floor, along with our son and his family which included his three and one year old sons. The boys each took one of the beautifully decorated twin rooms while their parents had the queen bedroom so they could be nearby. Each room had its own bathroom. It was a huge plus to have a TV/family room downstairs! The living room on the second floor is positively enormous and is perfectly furnished. We loved having the “kid friendly eating area” in addition to the more formal circular dining table. My husband and I enjoyed the master king suite on the third floor which had much appreciated privacy with gorgeous views of the church steeple. The well kept huge yard is another plus. The kids enjoyed playing ball and running about there. The location was perfect as we walked nearly everywhere. It was easier to walk to town most of the time than to drive and bother with parking. I appreciated that while the home is nicely decorated, it only took me a few minutes to place the few fragile things up on a high shelf to child proof the home. We took full advantage of the washer/dryer. It was very easy to contact the caretaker with any questions. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout the process. This is the perfect place to enjoy a family vacation with kids of any age. You will love it!

Amazing home and location!

We had such a lovely stay at this home - the pictures don’t do the open second floor justice. The house was spacious and well appointed and was stocked with anything you could want during your time on island - plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and a fully loaded kitchen as well. The location cannot be beat - extremely easy walk to both town and beaches. We have two small children and Steve was so helpful connecting us with a rental for baby equipment. We will definitely be back!

We have just returned from our stay on this property and would conclude that this was perhaps the finest vacation we have ever had. The house and grounds are superb, the location is private but easily accessible to town center shops, restraunts and all venues for sightseeing etc. The home is warm. inviting and extremely well furnished and appointed. In all we could not have been more pleased with the vacation we have just ended including our communications with the owner. We would most definitely recommend this house to anyone seeking the perfect setting on Nantucket and we will no doubt hope one day to return to our dream home away from home on Nantucket.

We have lived in the mountains of Colorado and Utah since the 70's but always searched for the perfect ocean getaway. We found it on Nantucket and Brant Point in particular. Both of our sons are skiers and surfers so our family has the best of both worlds here in Utah and Nantucket. I taught them to ski and they taught me to surf. We also love to fish, ride bikes, and paddle board.

Why they chose this property

Our first vacation on Nantucket was in 1984 when our sons were just 1 and 4. Until we purchased our first home on Nantucket in 1996 we rented different homes from nearly one end of the island to the other. But we always gravitated back to Brant Point. You just cannot find a better location for a vacation on Nantucket for the convenience of being able to walk to shops, restaurants, beaches and the ferry, not to mention the 'Juice Bar' for that homemade ice cream. When we sold that first home we owned on the island in 2005 we bought our new home just 5 houses down the street.
We just could not leave the island or Brant Point.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location. A short walk to great beaches, downtown, and all the restaurants, bars, shopping, and the best ice cream on the island at Juicebar. This home is great for large families or two families who want to vacation together. It's great for entertaining indoors and out. Lets make some memories!
