About the host
Hosted by James Marciano
My family and I live in Bucks County PA. I went to Harvard undergrad, and Dartmouth (MBA) and my wife went to Barnard and grad school at Bank Street in early childhood and elementary education. My background is Internet startups, beginning in 1995 with one of the first social networking sites ( (Website hidden by Airbnb) Most recently I started and investment bank for entrepreneurs. We have two children, Stella and Luke. We've owned several rental properties and will always treat yours with respect.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this charming stone farmhouse and the location. We love being able to walk to the Sergeantville Inn for a nice meal and so close to the river towns: New Hope/Lambertville Stockton and Frenchtown.
What makes this property unique
Loving restored with modern amenities, but keeping period details intact. We are passionate about healthy living and this house is a reflection of how we live. We want our guests to experience the amazing power of plants which is why you will find many houseplants, essential oils, diffusers, and plant-based products throughout our home. Enjoy!
