Welcome to Palm Springs!
Check in with ease, settle in, and start relaxing right away. I do my best to accommodate early arrivals whenever possible.
Pour yourself a glass of wine, take a dip in one of the two sparkling pools, or prepare a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Prefer to grill? Fire up the electric BBQ on your private balcony. When dining out, you’re just minutes from some of Palm Springs’ best restaurants.
Begin your morning with coffee on the back balcony as the desert sky comes alive with sunrise colors. Feeling adventurous? Several hiking trails are just steps from the complex.
In the evening, take a sunset ride on the iconic Palm Springs Aerial Tramway for breathtaking 360° views of the Coachella Valley. On your descent, the city lights glitter like stars across the desert floor.
If you’re in the mood for excitement, explore one of the nearby casinos offering gaming, dining, and top-notch entertainment.

We loved our time here. Its location was an easy drive to the arts District or to hop on highways to go hiking. The washer and dryer were a great plus. It is beautifully decorated, and we loved the access to pools, Pickleball, and tennis courts.

This was a great Palm Springs getaway. The Condo was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated, and it felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The amenities were in good condition and easy to use. Micheal was welcoming and responsive, which made the stay stress free. We’d happily book again.

This was the best place I have stayed maybe ever. It was squeaky clean and everything in our place worked as it should. Our host was in touch and check in was simple. The layout was perfect for us - my daughter and her spouse - the kitchen was well equipped for our needs - I especially liked that there was a tea kettle and my daughter was happy to find a coffee bean grinder as well as a coffee maker. We took full advantage of the heated swimmer pool and the hot tub and the pickle ball court!! The host provided racquets and balls. The location was perfect for exploring Palm Springs.

This property was really nice and had everything we needed to feel at home. We loved the layout of the bedrooms & bathrooms being on opposite sides in the unit. It really is a quiet peaceful place. The balcony was a wonderful place to hang out and watch the sun set! The neighborhood was quiet and very walkable. We would definitely stay here again!

Palm Springs Getaway

I would definitely recommend! Super close to downtown and all the restaurants. It’s Micheal was an outstanding host. He was always quick to respond to my messages. His place was nice and clean. The rooms were the perfect size and balcony was great. Just a few steps from both pools and tennis/pickle ball courts. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with supplies. The only reason my overall rating was a 4 and not a 5 was because there was no bathroom at the big pool. Good thing we were so close!

A perfect getaway

I highly recommend this beautiful condo! Michael was an excellent host and we had no issues during our stay. The condo itself is immaculate and had everything we needed. We were even greeted with a bottle of wine on the table! The neighbourhood is beautiful and quiet. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the birds. The beds are very comfortable. I hope to come back here someday!!

The condo was clean, roomy and pleasant in a lovely neighborhood that was great for evening walks. Michael Crosby was the perfect host, always accessible. To me, good communications are the most important component of any arrangement and Michael was exceptional. Our stay could not have been more comfortable.

Spacious condo with great location close to downtown and hiking

We appreciated the fully equipped condo. The master bath has an awesome shower! We were able to come back here to relax after busy days hiking or exploring downtown. We enjoyed walking in the area to see mid century homes. Michael was very quick to respond to any texts and went out of his way to be accommodating. I would stay here again. Thanks Michael!

Perfect holiday spot

We gathered with family/friends in Palm Springs for Thanksgiving and this was the perfect spot. Great location. Super clean. Michael was attentive at Check-in and during the stay. In leaving, we left something valuable by mistake and heard right away from Michael that the housekeepers had found it. In our book. Integrity goes a long way. We will definitely be renting again.
