We have more than one active listing at our property. You only share the pool nothing more.

Private entry, two Large bedrooms with 2 full baths and smart Tv's, large and bright rooms on their own floor.
NO livingroom, direct pool access and large poolside patio set / lounges. On 1/2 acre, with an 9 foot deep pool. Kitchenette, NOT a Kitchen. Keurig coffee machine, coffee, cups, fridge, microwave, paper bowls & plates, utensil packs. 5 minutes to Downtown. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants.

The space
Private entry you share nothing with the main house.
It is much cooler downstairs, very refreshing in the desert. Two bedrooms two baths, with a kitchenette, NOT a kitchen.
4 guests max, please only park on the street in front of our home.

Your key will be waiting for you, easy self check-in.
Table with umbrella four lounges, BBQ, all outside your entry door sitting next to the pool.
During your stay
We want you to feel like you are alone on the property unless you message us we leave you to enjoy your stay.
The pool can be heated for $90 once to temperature of no less than 83°, paid prior to arrival.
The Spa is heated at no charge, just message we turn everything on by remote control.

Our rooms were nice and spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub and it was heated up for us whenever we requested it. James was very helpful with any questions or concerns that we had. One comment/critique is about the ceramic tile, which is lovely but hard. It would be nice to have a small rug or woven mat on the side of the bed or next to the shower as you get out. Overall, my son and I had a wonderful stay!

I will lead with this as an indicator on whether you should book with this host. While the property, location, and overall accommodations were very good, there was NO disclosure up front nor in the initial check-in details that there is an extra daily charge to lower the thermostat below 72 degrees in a desert rental property. The host sent this policy to us AFTER we attempted to lower the thermostat on the first day, a policy which I have never encountered in many years of booking short-term rentals. We were also sent a charge for dirtying bath towels with makeup. There is something suss about this property. The listing also doesn't suggest that the unit is attached to his main house and he is there regularly roaming around. There are a few other units he rents out (another guest suite, a converted garage and even an RV) so it feels like a compound. I will not discredit the good location and the spacious bedrooms but we would never have booked here if we knew there was going to be regulated air conditioning and him monitoring our usage over our stay. It felt like a tactic for him to squeeze more money out of us after we had already checked in. For that reason alone, I would not recommend staying at this property if you have other options.
