The first-floor open-concept living area features a kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances leading into a cozy living area with a large flat screen TV. The living room opens onto a screened lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee or sip your evening wine while listening to tree frogs in the tropical canopy.
On the top floor are two ensuite bedrooms, one with a comfy king bed, the other with a spacious queen bunk bed. Ample closet space, tastefully appointed bathrooms and calming colors set the tone for rest and rejuvenation.
The ground floor provides extra space for lounging, both indoors and out. Rinse off the sand in the refreshing outdoor shower and fire up the BBQ grill for a casual cookout before heading back to the beach to watch the sun set over the gulf.
Situated in the city of Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island, you'll have proximity to great food and shopping within walking distance. You can also jump on the free island trolley or rent beach bikes or golf carts to explore more of the island and its wonderful treasures.
Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island that extends 7.5 miles along the Gulf of Mexico. Fine white sand public beaches run the length of the island. The island is a nesting area for sea turtles, has a year-round dolphin population and is home to manatees, cownose rays and dozens of other marine creatures and shore birds.
Unlike many tourist areas in Florida typified by endless rows of high-rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria Island retains a low-key Florida vibe with a small-town feel, Key West style homes lining the canals, and small resorts mixed in with private residences along the shore.
The island offers plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy including: relaxing on the beach, swimming, snorkeling, watching sunsets, fishing, birding, boating, shopping, golfing, bicycling, kayaking, paddle boarding, tennis, pickleball and nature hikes in the nearby preserves.
Beach chairs are available for use, and several rental companies nearby supply bikes, golf carts, kayaks, beach toys and more.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a considerate neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
North Beach Village Rules & Regulations
Parking: No parking is allowed on any street or grassy area within NBV (parking is permitted along Holmes Blvd and the side streets, by city regulations). RVs, campers, commercial vehicles, and trailers (including boat trailers), may not be parked on the roadway or in a driveway overnight. Each unit driveway is for the exclusive use of that individual unit. Vehicles may not be parked in the main driveway or along the edge of the main driveway. Vehicles must not overhang the driveway and protrude into the roadway.
Pets: Pets must be leashed at all times when outside. There are pooper scooper laws you must collect, bag, and dispose of waste in your trash.
Trash: Trash receptacles and recycling bins must be kept in the garage. They may be put out 12 hours before collection and put back in the garage within 12 hours of collection. Trash pick-up is on Monday and Friday mornings. Recycling pick-up is on Tuesday morning.
Grills: Must be at least 10 feet away from the building when in use and must be used and stored on the ground level only. Grills may not be used in screened-in porches.
Noise: Please be respectful of your neighbors. Be mindful of your noise level after 10 pm and before 9am.
Outdoor Drying: Articles such as towels and bathing suits must not be hung over the balcony or railing. Outside clotheslines or cloth drying facilities are not permitted. A small drying rack is permitted on the rear screened porch or lowest deck only if it is not visible.
