Not to mention the fully stocked kitchen - equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and custom cabinets.

Nestled in the heart of Holmes Beach, you are never too far from any of the incredible amenities that Anna Maria Island has to offer. You can explore by foot, bike or take advantage of the free AMI trolley service as the North and Southbound stops are closely located to the home!

We had a beautiful stay in this property that was a short walk to the beach. The house was clean, the pool was heated, the kitchen was well equipped, and the property manager was very helpful . We would stay here again!!

Plenty of kitchen supplies. Love that they provided coffee! Joe was amazing and very easy to get a hold of and handled everything promptly. Maybe just a few suggestions, a couple extra towels for the bathroom would be great, maybe mirrors in the bedrooms, so you can get ready in them if needed. The twin beds maybe need new frames, very loud. But we loved the place! Location is fabulous!

Perfect location!

This property was exactly what the pictures showed. It was clean and nicely maintained. The location was a short walk to the beach and close to many local restaurants and shops, all being on a nice neighborhood street. We would love to come back again! Joe passed along great recommendations and was a great host!

Relaxing oasis!

The property is just as pictured. So clean and pleasant. Kitchen is great and having a washer and dryer is tops! We ran out of garbage bags, and would have appreciated a box of Kleenex in the home. The pool is lovely!

Relaxing Stay in August 2024

We really enjoyed a 1week stay with the Family. House is perfectly equipped, nice large kitchen and living room + 3 rooms. Beach equipment incl. Sun umbrellas were available + Beach towels. Beach about 8 minutes walking distance…but also enjoyed the Little Pool in the Garden. Hello Joe, Thanks again for the Support and good recommendations.

Beautiful house

We had a fantastic week on the island, and loved this house. We found it exactly as advertised, and had everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach. The house was well stocked with all the kitchen extras, games and puzzles. The bikes were in excellent condition and the beach chairs seemed brand new. We enjoyed lounging by the warm pool and biking to the beach. There’s coffee, restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Joe was a fantastic renter, communicated everything very well and was always available to answer questions. We would definitely rent this house again if we return to the island.

Simply Wonderful

This is a lovely, impeccably clean and quiet duplex and our group of two adults and three teenaged girls were very comfortable and happy here for the week. The pool is private and warm and perfect for a post-beach day dip. The walk to the beach takes about 10 minutes and the beach gear provided in the garage is in great condition - as are the bikes which we rode every day! Working with the homeowner was a breeze and we had zero issues during our stay. Will definitely consider returning to this home on our favorite island!

Wonderful time with family

Found the property to be perfect for our family who brought grandma. Not many stairs and main level bedroom and bathroom. The home was beautifully furnished, with everything we needed! The beach items for us to use were very handy and we had fun with the ping pong table. The back yard with the pool was the perfect for relaxing after the beach and before dinner. I truly appreciated that our checkout chores were limited making packing up very quick and stress free. Thank you Joe and Pam for sharing your home with us! We had a wonderful week making a ton of memories!

Excellent Stay

This place has everything! The house was clean and spacious and had a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The gorgeous private pool and patio were perfect when we did not want to go to the beach but still wanted to be in the sun or by the water. The bikes and the beach supplies (lots of supplies) were an awesome added touch. It was only a short walk to the public beach access, which made trips to the beach quick and easy - perfect if you just want to head over for a stroll on the beach or to catch the amazing sunsets. Check in was very smooth and communication was easy and responsive - an excellent host! There are several restaurants and bars nearby, but we did not take advantage of those this time around. We would love to return and look forward to taking advantage of more of what the area has to offer.

This was the perfect property for us. It had everything we could possibly need for our 10 day stay. The host was a dream to deal with. Any messages were dealt with promptly. The location is ideal and only a short walk from the beach with all beach gear supplied including trolleys to get everything there. Ugly Grouper and a selection of shops just around the corner. Everything else within easy reach. Fab! If I had to pick one tiny thing to add to the very well equipped property it would have been a full length mirror but this in no way detracted from our experience. Big thanks to our hosts for a wonderful stay.

Home away from home

This property was absolutely beautiful! I didn’t expect it to look as it did in the photos, but I was pleasantly surprised. I have never stayed in a place that was as spotless as this home. The owner was so accommodating and the communication was amazing. This was the perfect size for a family of six. There was nothing that we needed. Everything was provided. Since we stayed in the middle of July, and the weather was extremely hot, we opted to drive to the beach instead of walk. Otherwise the beach would have been easy to get to. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Ana Maria Island, and would definitely revisit.

The place was perfect for our first visit to AMI! Plenty of space, very clean, private pool, lots of beach chairs, toys, etc. Joe was very responsive from our first message and was very easy to work with. He also provided us with suggestions for restaurants, excursions, etc. We were able to walk to The Ugly Grouper for dinner and the location was very centralized no matter where we went on the island. Thanks for having us and we can't wait to come back again! 10/10!!

Wonderful Stay in Holmes Beach

The property was clean, up-to-date, and nicely furnished with comfortable beds and wonderful open plan layout. My son enjoyed the pool and we ate our lunches on the patio. The bikes were a little small for us (6'2 and 5'11) but nice they were provided. The property owner was very communicative and helpful with suggestions and real-time information. Great location!

Great time with family.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was a perfect size for our 6 guests including our 4 yo. Plenty of space and a few blocks from the beach. Easy to get around on bikes. Plenty of beach gear and everything you could need for a perfect stay.
