Our one-story home features 2 king bedrooms and a bedroom with three twin beds. Each bedroom includes a TV and crisp linens and plush towels in the bathrooms from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

Take relaxation to the next level in the tropical backyard with the sparkling pool as the centerpiece. Surrounded by pool loungers, deck chairs and patio dining options, you won't want to leave! But when the sugary sand of the beach calls, you are a four-minute walk to the shimmering water of the Gulf of Mexico. Beach chairs and beach towels are provided.

Hav'Anna Holiday is close to everything the island has to offer. The free trolley stops nearby and travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches.

This house was perfect! It was our 5th year vacationing on the island. This house was immaculately clean! Everything we needed for the beach was in the shed. Pool was awesome in the evenings. We really enjoyed the bikes for sunset rides to Bean Point! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We would love to return next year.

Perfect spot for a family vacation!

The house was clean, has everything you need in the kitchen for meal prep, beds were comfy, and the private pool in the back was the icing on the cake! We also really appreciated all the beach accessories available for our use, things that are hard to travel with…we really appreciate the thought that went into providing those items that made our vacation better! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Great location, great property

Very nice property with great location, close to the beach, which I consider is one of the best beach of the island) all beach accessories you need are available. Pool comfy and very clean, bedding sheets and covers of high quality. Modern washer and dryer; comfortable familiar kitchen.

Cute house 2 blocks from paradise

The bedrooms were super comfy. House was clean, quiet, and roomy. Nice large private backyard with pool. Walking distance to the most beautiful beaches in FL. Trolley service stops close by for visiting restaurants and shops/other parts of the island. We enjoyed our stay. Thank u.

Relaxing Oasis

Perfect property, clean quiet, wonderful pool. Close enough to dining and a five minute walk to the beach. All you need for a family as you can grab groceries and not have to go out. Or enjoy the many choices within walking distance. Beautiful back yard and pool. Nice safe quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed every minute.

We would definitely return the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the place had some dirty dishes that were put up unnoticed they and some sheets were dirty. The property includes some pool toys and beach accessories that were great however the umbrella was cheap and somewhat useless. We also had to buy paper towels and toilet paper day one which was an inconvenience. Other than that the property management was easy to deal with, instructions were clear and the home was in a great location very close to the beach and shops. The private heated pool was a great feature!

Great place to stay at the beach

We vacationed with our family of four and two grandparents and had a great stay! Plenty of space for us all overall. Only thing was sometimes when we all wanted to sit together we couldn’t because there wasn’t enough seating in one room. It was very clean and it was a great location!! They provided lots of towels and extra pillows. Had several beach chairs, also a tent but we didn’t use/need. There was a blow up mattress I noticed but we didn’t need or use that either. Kitchen had lots of items needed. We all loved the pool!! We used it every day! When we used microwave the break kicked 4-5 times but they were fixing that issue. We were super pleased with our weeks stay and would come back again! The bedroom with two trundle beds was great for kids and had a lot of room !

Great house, beautiful backyard and pool.

This house was just what our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents needed. short walk to the beach, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of tv's, and lots of items to use at the beach. We live in NC and normally go to Carolina beaches so being on the gulf this year was quite the treat for us. The water is beautiful and you are in a very safe area. plenty of nearby restaurants. It was a great trip and we hope to come back!

Privacy, Clean, lots of potential with a few easy changes

The location is great, close to the beach and to the shop/restaurants, and the 2 bicycles are a great perk. The house is very nice and clean and the backyard/pool area is super private and very nice and cared for. The reason for the low rating is that there are a few major inconveniences that could easily be adjusted. We arrived at night so the first thing was noticed was the lighting both inside and out. All of the lights were glaringly bright white lights like a department store. Unfortunately, outside the only light was a blinding floodlight which left little room to enjoy the amazing pool area after the sun went down. We actually went to the store and switched out a couple lamp bulbs for the week and that helped. Next were the alarms on the doors leading out to the pool. If for whatever reason you forget to press a button before going out to the pool or coming in from, a blaring alarm goes off. This isn't part of a security system because it's only attached to pool entrances. I contacted management to see if there was a way to disable it and there wasn't. Finally were the amenities. I know it's expected to provide your own comforts at vacation rentals but this didn't seem reasonable. You are privided 1 garbage bag. This is the first time ive gone away for a week and had to buy a container of garbage bags which there's no way to pay forward to the next guest. You get 1 roll of paper towels and toilet paper. No coffee filters, coffee, salt or pepper. We had a great vacation and this island is our favorite spot to escape. This house in particular has great potential but these very simple changes would make a guests stay much more comfortable and convenient.

Spring Break 2022

This was a great place for our family to enjoy a nice week away from work and school. The property was just as described in the listing and had more than enough space for the four of us. We loved the proximity to the beach as well as the pier and shops. The pool was a perfect place to relocate in the afternoon for happy hour each day. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again! Thank you.

Spring Break Fun!

Overall our stay at this property was great! There are plenty of towels, bath & beach. The pool is wonderful. Very nice that it’s heated since it was chilly our first couple of days. The extras in the shed were very helpful. We used the beach gear every day. The location to the beach was very convenient. It was an easy 5 minute walk from front door to the water. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. The living room is small so it’s nice to have the extra room in the lanai. The TV’s are not able to download apps. That was disappointing to our kids. My one (major)negative was the windows & door in the lanai area. The windows were not all sealed properly. There was about 1/2 inch opening in worst spot. The door to the outside has these movable slats that I could open with my fingers. You could easily unlock the door from the outside. Seemed like a safe neighborhood but I would want these these issues fixed before I would stay again.

Villa is great, property manager is not.

The villa is very good, full of everything, except soup in the bathrooms. Close to the beach. The property manager does not know , that bikes are there. So we brought ours for no reason.
