Beautiful Beachfront Condo w/ Great Views! Estero Beach & Tennis Club #605A

Welcome to our 6th floor unit at Estero Beach and Tennis Club. You will truly love your stay here! Not only does our property have all the essentials of home, but you will love the views of the Gulf of Mexico waters from your lanai. As you enter our updated property, you are welcomed by a great room layout, kitchen with most small appliances, dining table for four, comfy family room area including sofa (converts to sleeper sofa if needed), and flat screen TV. The bedroom area has a king size bed. The beautifully updated bathroom boasts a tiled walk-in shower, new vanity, make-up mirror and a large closet.

Our property includes Free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer use in the lobby (quarters), linens, towels and beach chairs. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

** Currently a Beach Renourishment Project is under way that affects the beach in front of the Towers, please be aware that this project may be ongoing for the next several weeks. Please inquire for the most up to date details **

* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *

This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! During the high season (December through April), our property is rented from Saturday to Saturday. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. This unit has a dynamic price plan, prices may vary from day to day. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.

Great Visit to Fort Myers

My boyfriends and I LOVED staying in Fort Myers! The location of staying here was great. There is still a lot of construction, and things that are closed down, but if you are looking for a quiet get away, this is a great option.

Stunning sunsets from this condo. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The beach and pool are great with the beach about to be much nicer once the renourishment project is completed. The beach to the north is great for walking. It was super convenient to get Ubers from the condo to go to any restaurants in the evening. We had a 10 stay!

It’s a beautiful condo and awesome views of the ocean. The only fault was the mattress was to hard. I think they need to have an air fryer and crockpot to use

Fabulous view of the golf

This is a beautiful condo and I would definitely stay again. My only complaint would be the shower head and the hairdryer. The hairdryer needs to be replaced. Somebody should go into that condo and replace that hairdryer immediately. As for the showerhead, not sure if it was the head itself or the water pressure. We were impressed with the Estero beach and tennis club. They have done a wonderful job after Ian devastated the coast.

The condo was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. There was an abundance of towels, including beach towels. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was a lot of repair work going on in the building due to the incredible damage caused by the hurricane, but we were prepared for that and it did not bother us. We were right on the beach and had beautiful views. Since this gs went so smoothly, we did not have much contact with Tripower. However, the smooth part was thanks to them and we have always found the to be very easy to deal with. We highly recommend condo 605a at Estero Beach and Tennis Club.

The 4 below is about “ quality of furniture” because the one outdoor chair on the deck had the seat pulling away from the frame. We’d recommend two chairs on the deck. The gorgeous pool was a wonderful place to spend a great part of the day. Overall this is a marvelous unit for a beach stay. Kudos and thank you to the owners. Visited Doc Fords, Coopers Hawk, and Love Boat. Publix nearby is a real perk.

We went to Fort Myers pre Hurricane Ian so, it was hard seeing some of the old mom and pop places still closed from the storm. You could tell the condo had been redone, but the work had definitely been rushed. Great furniture, but could I didn’t feel like it was really clean. Especially the bathroom! I was disappointed in the lack of maintenance for the beach. The seaweed was bad, which happens, but up until our last day, there was no attempt to minimize the seaweed on the beach so people could enjoy it. Nice place, especially for the price.

Wonderful place to stay! Clean, updated room decorated in a clean minimal tasteful way, quality beach umbrella and chairs! Only pitfall was conflicting departure instructions. 1 email AND 2 large signs posted on fridge say to leave the pool key in the condo offices, while 1 initial email says to leave it in the room. Since 3 said to take it to pool office that’s what we did. However when we got there they told us to leave it in the room! We checked out right at 9am so by the time we went back up to return the pool key to the room they had already changed the room code! Since we were unable to do so we left the pool key on the door knob hoping cleaning services would see it and return it to the room. Please update your emails and signs so they don’t conflict and create confusion for the guests staying in the unit!!!

Terrific Condo!

We loved the condo - it was neat and clean, well-stocked and maintained. The view was superb. The only drawback is the traffic on Estero Boulevard which is virtually grid-locked most of the time.
