Welcome to Seaside Heights, the whitest beaches on the Barrier Island, where your biggest concerns are how fast can we get to the beaches.
We are happy to offer you our newly redone two-bedroom beach house. Our second level of a two family is approx. three homes from the Boardwalk/Ocean and locate in the most desirable location in Seaside Heights (i.e. the North end).
You will have your own private deck with your own private Weber grill and picnic table. Our two-bedroom beats the competition in locations and style.
Welcome to our brand-new kitchen, with granite countertop, all stainless appliances, dishwasher and all high-end cabinetry.

BEACH:
We are located beach block, just 3 to 4 homes from the boardwalk, rides, beach and Water Park. All your beach activities are now within easy reach. Park your car and start your vacation. Enjoy free movies on Seaside white sandy beach every Sunday night, Free Concerts on Thursday night and let's not forget those great Wednesday night Beach Fireworks.
ACTIVITIES:
Centrally located, we are located minutes (if not seconds) from Seaside's best dining, nightlife and activities. Restaurants such as Hemingway's Cafe, Klee's famous Irish Bar and Grill along with the new Mila's of Seaside rstr await your arrival.
At night, there are choices galore for the partier. Revelry at the many nightclubs on the Boardwalk (with no cover charge) or catch a few rounds of billiards at the aristocratic Hemingway's (again just minutes if not seconds away).
And of course, during the day your choice of just relaxing on Seaside's white sands or if you like you can always do the traditional seashore activities like, Fishing, Crabbing, Jet-skiing or Boating (all within a 10-minute drive).
ITEMS TO NOTE:
1) No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.
2) This is the second unit of a duplex. Please note that 1 flight of stairs is required to access the main living level. Please consider this before making a reservation.
3) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.
4) There is no off-street parking or reserved spaces. With the rental you will receive 1-parking passes that provide free street parking. Guest must find their own free street parking
5) Unreturned parking passes will be charged $20 per day, up to a maximum of $500.
6) Towels are not provided but may be rented from us for $10 for 6-bath towels or 4-Beach Towels.
7) Replacement cost for lost beach badges: $85 each.
8) There does exist a beach house in the front of the property that is also available for summer rentals. To ensure highest level of privacy, each guest has their own private space, propane grill and picnic table.
9) The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.
10) Please be advised that for non-family guests who are 21 years of age or younger, a security person may be required according to the regulations of Seaside Heights. If this is the case, an additional fee of $250 per night will apply.
