We are musicians and food tour guide in Montmartre, and will be happy to welcome you !
floor 1 : 37 m2 (400 sq ft) living room with open kitchen, very comfortable convertible couch with a 150x200 bed, 1 separate bathroom, 1 seperate toilet.
floor 2 : 37 m2 (400 sq ft) with 3 bedrooms (only 2 bedrooms for reservations after September 1st) with empty wardrobes, 1 separate bathroom, 1 seperate toilet.

wifi, cable tv, videoprojector, ping-pong table, games...
10 min walk to Abesses area.
15 min walk to Basilique du Sacré coeur of Montmartre.
15 min walk to the famous flea market of St Ouen.
Bus and subway stations nearby.
Very nice and safe area with a lot of trendy bars and restaurants,
