Come relax in this wonderfully updated 3 bed/3 bath oceanfront condo! Unobstructed views of the ocean and the Folly Pier await from a very large back deck that is ready for some outdoor grilling or just simply relaxing in the beautiful peace and quiet! The open floor plan provides great ocean views from the main living area and master suite. The master suite has an ensuite master bath (with Jacuzzi and separate shower) and a walk-in closet. All three bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Tiger hardwood flooring throughout, Quartz kitchen countertops with ceramic tile backsplash in the fully stocked kitchen with brand new top of the line appliances including Bosch dishwasher and Samsung Double-oven range. Just a short stroll to Center St for shops and restaurants and close enough to the Pier to enjoy the outdoor live music from the privacy of your back porch. An easy walk up one flight of stairs or a short elevator ride will give you a perfect view of the activity and beauty of the beach! Take a bike ride on the beach with the bikes provided or just sit and enjoy the waves in the beach chairs. Two private parking spaces are included. This condo is a perfect opportunity to have oceanfront property at a perfect location for convenience to all of the shops and restaurants as well as far enough away from everything to have plenty of privacy. The interior update was a definite selling point!
