Living Area:
Enjoy ocean views from the spacious living room, which opens up to the oceanfront balcony. The cozy seating area, complete with a large flat-screen TV and access to the porch, is perfect for unwinding after a day on the beach.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen features updated appliances, custom cabinetry, and a dining area with views of the Atlantic Ocean. Appliances include a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, kettle, and even a waffle iron, making meal prep a breeze.

Bedrooms:
Primary Bedroom: This oceanfront suite features a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and private access to the oceanfront balcony, making it the ultimate retreat for relaxation.
Second Bedroom: This cozy room offers a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy.
Third Bedroom: Located at the front of the villa, this bedroom has a queen-size bed and shares a hallway bathroom. All bedrooms come equipped with flat-screen TVs, standup fans, and a cozy atmosphere.
Bathrooms:
Each bathroom has been beautifully renovated with modern finishes, including tile and hardwood flooring. The en-suite bathrooms offer convenience and privacy, while fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your stay.
