pleasant accommodation

Despite the somewhat turbulent weather conditions we had a pleasant stay in Lauris. The house was well-equipped and large enough to spend a rainy afternoon or two. Luckily we could also use the pool later that week, which was readily cleaned and set up when we asked for it, even though it was already late October. The house is somewhat outside Lauris, so expect to use the car for groceries etc.

The property is tired. The Kitchens repainted grey pine units are wearing. The Bathroom and Toilet have sanitary wear dating back to the 1960's. There is a feeling that while the equipment and furniture provided is plentiful it is all enjoying at least a second life here. The garden is uncared for. The grass/weeds were long and hadn't been cut when we arrived and wasn't cut during the two weeks we stayed there. The tubs are now just weeds. The Swimming Pool is good but on the small side at approx 6 x 4. It is however just one depth at about 1.4m so not suitable for small children and has no access other than a vertical ladder. There is no pool security e.g Fence, alarm shelter or weight bearing cover. As previously mentioned Pets will come back covered in Burrs from playing in the garden. The welcome was poor, the windows were dirty from the sandy rain in the previous week but not cleaned while we were there, the seat cushions had been blown off the seats while the garden sofa cushions were stacked on the table in the conservatory. The welcome pack which consisted of a bottle of wine forgotten initially arrived during the middle weekend. If you suffer from Mosquito bites there is little protection. No netting at the windows, no anti mosquito guards in the electric sockets. Lastly the property displays a for sale notice of land for division and construction by the entrance gates. That probably says more than anything else. The villa's in a lovely area.

Je suis désolée que la maison ne corresponde pas à votre attente. Je tiens à vous préciser que le terrain avait été tondu juste avant votre arrivée et que la bouteille de vin n’avait pas été oubliée elle vous était réellement destinée. Quand au panneau de construction, notre fille avait pour projet de diviser le terrain de 1720 m2 pour édifier une petite maison dans le fond du jardin. Je ne vois pas en quoi cela en dit long. Pourquoi tant de haine ?

Das Haus ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Betten könnten gerne mal neu. Sehr hellhörig. Alles etwas abgegriffen. Küchenausstattung hat Luft nach oben. Außen sehr gut. Pool ist gut. Schöne Sitzmöglichkeit draußen. Grundstück ist groß. Lage ist sehr ruhig.

Une maison vieillissante qui devrait être rafraîchie pour paraître plus clean.La conciergerie, en tout cas pour le ménage, ne procède qu’au paraître, il ne faut pas s’arrêter sur les détails , ni sur les coins.On demande à l’accueilli de laisser dans l’état d’arrivée mais aspirateur et serpillière sont dans un état lamentable, voire défectueux. J’ai racheté ce qui m’est resté dans les mains.Les baies vitrées fuient, le frigidaire gèle en partie haute et affiche 8 degrés en partie basse….Les espaces extérieurs sont très bien.Je pense qu’il faut soit grandement améliorer, soit louer moins cher.

Cette maison est sous équipée pour les périodes de chaleur, seulement 2 vieux ventilateurs très bruyants inefficaces. La véranda vitrée maintient une température ambiante constante excessive insupportable dans toute la maison et impossible à évacuer avec les moyens actuels ; d’autant plus très difficile à vivre, en phase caniculaire .

Grosse déception : maison pas entretenue

- pas d’accueil (instructions reçues par WhatsApp et boîte clés) - instructions claires- véranda pleine de toiles d’araignées comme toute la maison- maison meublée et équipée de vieilles choses : frigo rouillé et sans bac à fruits, vaisselle datée, poêlés griffées, planche à découper moisi / fer à repasser rouillé, inutilisable / 2 parasols cassés, inutilisable, …- 1 seul ventilateur pour toute la maison et aucune protection aux fenêtres contre les moustiques - grand jardin pas entretenu mais jolie piscine récente (petite 6x4m)- maison au calme

Wir waren nun das 2.Mal im Haus von Helene. Obwohl uns Helene bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht betreuen konnte......auf diesem Weg gute Besserung......hatten wir mit Noemy eine gute Verwalterin.Die kleinen Mängel aus unserem vorherigen Aufenthalt waren behoben. Das Haus ist für 2 Paare Hund sehr geeignet. Sauber, gute ruhige Lage, gross und umzäunt. Auto ist erforderlich.Der Pool ist hervorragend und wird 3x wöchentlich gereinigt. Die Aussenküche macht den Aufenthalt noch viel angenehmer, obwohl sie etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Wir hätten 2 schöne Wochen in Lauris und kommen gerne wieder

Spätsommer in Lauris

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, Abholung an vereinbartem Treffpunkt/Avia (vor der Reise Kommunikation von uns aus Französisch). Für Familie mit vier Personen grosszügige Wohnung/kleines Haus. Teils etwas abgenutzte Küchenausstattung (alter Backofen) aber alles sauber. Senseo-Kaffeemaschine funktioniert. Wer im Spätsommer ein Problem mit Mücken hat, sollte Schutzmittel und Fenistil bereithalten. Wintergarten (bei kühlem Wetter super), hübscher Pool und überdachter Freisitz/Outdoorküche. Alles in allem guter Provence-Durchschnitt, Erfahrung von fünf Reisen.

Für erholsame Ferien

Das Ferienhaus war in Ordnung, wenn man keinen Luxus erwartet. Es bietet eine einfache, gemütliche Unterkunft, die ideal ist, um abzuschalten und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wer nach einem Rückzugsort sucht, um in Ruhe zu entspannen und dem Alltagsstress zu entkommen, ist hier genau richtig. Für Menschen, die gehobene Standards oder Luxus gewöhnt sind, könnte es jedoch etwas enttäuschend sein. Es fehlten einige Annehmlichkeiten, die man in exklusiveren Unterkünften findet. Dennoch war die ruhige Lage und die entspannte Atmosphäre perfekt für Erholung. Alles in allem ein guter Ort, wenn man es einfach und ruhig mag.

Angenehm und abgelegen

Anreise ist auch mit Navi nur erschwert möglich. Betreuung reduziert sich auf das Notwendige. Haus ist Sauber. 2 Badezimmer, aber nur 1 Toilette. Wintergarten, sitzbereich und Aussenküche bieten alle Möglichkeiten je nach Witterung. Da der Wintergarten an den Ölraum anschliesst empfiehlt es sich dieVerbindungstür mit einem feuchten Lappen abzudichten. Aussenküche ist perfekt bei schönem Wetter. Die Pflege des Gartens lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wer mit Hund reist, kann reichlich Kletten sammeln. Pool ist schön und wird nahezu täglich gereinigt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt absolut o.k. Wir würden auch gern wiederkomme. Allerdings würden wir bitten den Garten vorher in Schuss zu bringen

Holiday in Lauris

Ideal for us with a large enclosed garden ,pool and outdoor barbecue kitchen. Lots of good walks near by, the house could do with updating but was perfectly ok.

Séjour très agréable et reposant

Semaine très agréable dans la maison de Paulette. Une cuisine d’été très fonctionnelle qui permet de prendre tous les repas à l’extérieur. Piscine bien entretenue, avec transats et parasols pour baignade et sieste à l’ombre. Propriétaires très réactifs qui ont répondu à nos demandes très gentiment. Merci pour ce séjour.

Lieu calme et reposant

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances. Nous avons apprécié le lieu pour ce calme, la maison est bien située dans une impasse, très peu de passage. La piscine est propre et neuve. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et à l’écoute et je les remercie d’avoir acheté un petit lit dépliant pour notre fille.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le Lubéron et dans cette maison très sympathique. La maison est fonctionnelle avec un grand jardin et une belle piscine. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et discrets. Seule point d’amélioration, manque de ventilateur pour la nuit en cas de forte chaleur (nous n’allons pas nous plaindre du beau temps).

Du plus et du moins

Propriétaire agréable et disponible Bon accueil Maison propre mis à part la vaisselle Qu’il a fallu nettoyer Les couverts sont vétustes et mériteraient d’être renouvelés Pour ce qui est des couchages les 2 chambres sont très agréables Par contre si la maison continue à être louée pour 6 voir 8 les 2 canapés du salon doivent être changés car inconfortable La piscine de petite taille est agréable (il serait bien de noter la taille dans les commentaires) Le terrain est agréable mais mériterait d’être plus entretenu Le tour de la piscine est poussiéreux ainsi que le tour de la maison ce qui fait que nous ramenons beaucoup de poussière à l’intérieur et la pelouse aurait mérité d’être tondue La terrasse en palette au bout de la piscine mérite d’être enlevée car il a fallu renfoncer plusieurs clous qui dépassaient Ce ne sont que des propositions afin que les locataires s’y sentent encore mieux Et le prix mérite ces quelques améliorations Nous avons pour autant passé un bon séjour La région est très belle La maison est au calme et bien située

Un peu d’honnêteté aurait été plus constructive. J’aurais eu le temps au moins d’aller acheter des couverts avant l’arrivée des vacanciers suivants. Vous m’avez dit que tout allait bien mis à part les canapés-lits. Vous avez préféré monter une tente dans le jardin car vous avez dépassé la capacité maximale de la maison. Il est vrai que la construction d’un nouveau tour de piscine est prévu pour l’année prochaine nous avons fait de nombreux aménagements et nous ne pouvions pas tout faire cette année. Il est vrai aussi qu’il y a un peu de poussière mais nous sommes à la campagne et c’est partout comme cela à la campagne, il est hors de question pour nous de tout bétonner.
