This new villa backs to the Divide Ranch Golf Course and has panoramic views of the San Juan Mountains. Large patio to enjoy the quiet, serene mountain setting with phenomenal sunsets! Super short walk to Divide Ranch Club House and Restaurant. Light, bright, open and spacious floor plan with high ceilings and abundant windows. Wood floors, rustic fireplace and accents throughout. Large 2 car garage to store all your toys. Cross country ski or snow shoe out the back door in the winter.
The Divide Ranch and Club is semi-private golf course located on Log Hill Mesa overlooking the stunning San Juan Mountain Range, and is known for it’s phenomenal setting and elaborate golf course. Their 7,039-yard golf course provides a great challenge along with excellent views of the surrounding mountains , this 18-hole golf course factors in a high-mesa forest of pinon, juniper, and ponderosa pine and spectacular views of four Rocky Mountain peaks in Southern Colorado. Enjoy the club offerings and amenities for a complete and luxurious community experience. Divide Ranch and Club opened in 1993, designed by Byron Coker, and measures 6841 yards from the longest tees and has a slope rating of 130 and a 71.6 USGA rating. The course features 4 sets of tees for different skill levels. Their clubhouse also provides a breathtaking backdrop for many wedding receptions and is reservable by anyone. It makes a great spot for wedding destinations.
The property is located just five miles from Ridgway, less than thirty miles from Montrose, and a short drive from Telluride and Ouray

The best of both worlds

This property has fantastic views. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. It is spacious and overly accommodating. It will definitely be a place that we stay again. Gorgeous views from every room.

The house was beautiful, clean, & new! It was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the decor and Linda was quick to answer if we needed anything. The location was perfect - my husband was able to get in 9 holes of golf while I took in the views from the back patio. The house has everything we needed plus some. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Can’t wait to visit CO and stay here again!

Excellent home base for Ouray, Telluride, Silverton and Ridgeway.

We absolutely loved this new property! So peaceful and relaxing. The patio was perfect and the natural gas Weber grill was a big plus. Every evening we had deer walking by. This was the the perfect place for our 30th wedding anniversary. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

It was a very nice property and location. We would recommend the property owner provide a shower mat for the second bedroom bathroom as it was quite slippery in the tub while showering.

Our family had a fabulous stay at this property! The house was impeccably clean and very updated. We enjoyed sledding on the fairway :-) Having a usable garage was so nice with the snow! A nice addition to guests may be to add some playing cards or games for family time!

Beautiful place to stay

The home is beautiful and very comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is to put a shower door or a curtain on the master shower. It is very cold and drafty, and even though we were provided a bathmat, the water splashed out further than the bathmat, which caused a fall, very slick that the place is beautiful .

Lovely stay in Ridgway

It was a quiet and enjoyable stay. Views were great too (especially when stargazing or just driving up to the house!). We didn’t play golf, but it looked like a nice course. Telluride was ~55 minutes away, Ridgway a 10-15 min ride & Ouray around 30 minutes. We did all three (and recommend all 3). One point to note: If you are sensitive to light when sleeping, you may want to bring an eye mask (sun rises directly into master bedroom). It didn’t bother my kids in the guest room, but I had to use a mask.
