Very clean 3/1 house 4 blocks to Jax Beach. Minutes from Mayo Clinic and Baptist Beaches Hospital.
We love the location! Only 4 blocks to the Pier. Walk, bike or drive to the beach activities and restaurants. All the services close-grocery store, doctors, veterinarians, dentists only a few blocks away. Mayo Clinic approximately 4miles away.
Located in a residential neighborhood- suitable for families and groups. Plenty of room for you to relax and enjoy but not suitable for parties/loud music.

Home was clean and host was very nice, and it was a great location for the things we needed while there and close to the beach. It was a great experience. The ironing board in bedroom was great as we were there for a formal wedding

Pros: good location near beach, bars, eateries, and groceries. All were within walking distance if need be. The place was well stocked with all kitchen needs as well as dish and laundry soaps. The kitchen and bathroom were clean. There was sun block, towels, lotions, and beach toys. The area appeared to be safe.Cons: the rugs, carpet and floors were very dirty. Burned out lights from fridge to security light and front porch light. Front step is loose and wobbly. No smoke detector in the back bedroom at all. Communication was spotty at best.

Spent 2 nights - clean and so convenient to the beach and restaurants. Home has everything you need- We took 3 back to back showers and there was plenty of hot water.!

Very clean! Very quiet! Great location! My only quam is the mattresses were a little dated and not vwry comfortable, but overall very impressed and would stay again!
