Very clean 3/1 house 4 blocks to Jax Beach. Minutes from Mayo Clinic and Baptist Beaches Hospital.
We love the location! Only 4 blocks to the Pier. Walk, bike or drive to the beach activities and restaurants. All the services close-grocery store, doctors, veterinarians, dentists only a few blocks away. Mayo Clinic approximately 4miles away.
Located in a residential neighborhood- suitable for families and groups. Plenty of room for you to relax and enjoy but not suitable for parties/loud music.

My family and I were so excited to find a house for a good price to stay for the weekend. That excitement went away once we saw stains on the carpet floor in one of the bedrooms, found small roaches, yard unkept where the grass reached above our ankles, the beds were hard, and the bathtub looked dirty. Yes, it was really nice to be walking distance from the beach, but it would also have been nice to arrive to a kept home. I’m sure the owners will handle it for the next guests.

The house was older but had been updated. It was very quiet and in a safe neighborhood. We appreciated having a washer and dryer and dishwasher with detergent provided. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the comfy chairs in the evening. We were close to many place. We would definitely stay again.
