Très joli bien avec magnifique terrasse vue mer

Cet appartement est idéalement situé (15 mn du centre ville de Nice) pour visiter la côte d’Azur, d’Antibes à Monaco en passant par Grasse et les innombrables villages provençaux comme St Paul de Vence ou Tourrette sur Loup. Couchages impeccables. Et le luxe de pouvoir se garer dans la cours attenante…

Schöne Wohnung in top Zustand in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist in einem top Zustand und beinhaltet alles, was man benötigt inkl. Klimaanlage im Sommer. Ein Highlight ist das wirklich hochwertige Schlafsofa, was die Qualität eines guten Doppelbettes hat. Toll war der Meerblick beim Essen auf der schönen, grossen Terasse. Wohnung am Berg oberhalb Nizzas, dadurch ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man schnell in der Stadt. Beachten muss man, dass man immer ein Auto benötigt, aber innerhalb von wenigen Minuten den Berg runter kann man die Autobahn in alle Richtungen erreichen. Unterm Stich sehr empfehlenswert!

Très appréciable.

Un logement moderne, convivial, propre, tranquille et ergonomique. Une gérante charmante même si on l'a voit peu. Le seul bémol est l'accessibilité car la maison est perchée sur les hauteurs de Nice avec un accès par la route un peu cahoteux, mais çà reste praticable, je "chipote".

Wonderful holiday in the hills of Nice

The apartment was very new, very well equipped. The wonderful view was outstanding. We were very nicely received by Isabelle and had a really wonderful holiday. Everything was perfect, we could relax well.

Charmant 2 pièces au rez de jardin d’une superbe villa sur les hauteurs de Nice, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, ouvrant sur la terrasse ombragée d’un très beau jardin méditerranéen avec vue magnifique sur la vallée et la mer, à dix minutes du centre ville. Propriétaires charmants, très attentionnés et discrets. Appartement comme neuf, spacieux, très propre, bien équipé et moderne (mention spéciale pour la douche à l'italienne). Que du positif : vue superbe, le logis d'une propreté impeccable, confortable, décoré avec goût. Des attentions qui vous rendent la vie bien facile... le lit prêt, du lait, du jus d'orange dans le frigo, l'essentiel dans l'épicerie, plein de cintres dans les placards... et le plus des propriétaires charmants et très discrets. Nous venons régulièrement à Nice et nous reviendrons sans doute aucun dans ce gite qui nous a fait oublier que nous n'étions que de passage !! Merci pour tout. Bien Cordialement. Great unit in St Andre-de-la-Roche

The property is modern and has everything you need with off road parking. Everything is neat, new, well kept and tidy and the owners are very friendly. It is ideal for 2 people but there is a pull out bed in the lounge if needed.There is a view out to the airport and the sea in the distance. There is a tram stop about 3 km down the hill towards Nice where you can park for free if you buy a return ticket ( 4 Euros). The ticket allows you to exit the parking. It takes about 20 minutes to the centre of Nice and about 25 to the SNCF station if you want to go further. Trams every 10 minutes. The road up to the property is very winding and narrow and requires some care.

Notre séjour à Saint-André de la Roche s'est très bien passé.

Le logement était tout à fait conforme par rapport à l'annonce du site Abritel. Très bien situé, au calme, propriétaires sympas et très discrets bien qu'ils habitent le logement jouxtant. Nous avons vraiment aimé. Astrid & Christian
