Easy walk... 3 blocks from the beach, boardwalk and shops – quiet neighborhood. Trolley is nearby too! 4 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 Baths. Sleeps 8.

Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and screened porch. Parking at house for 2 cars. One Bethany Beach parking permit. No smoking. No pets.

1st floor: Queen sleep sofa, TV/DVD; hi-speed wireless internet; DR – table seats 6; counter seats 4; pub table seats 2; microwave, dishwasher, 2 coffee maker Keurig and Mr. Coffee; washer/dryer; front porch with swing, screened porch; ceiling fans; Both a charcoal and gas grill on ground level; outdoor enclosed hot shower.
2nd floor: MBR – queen; BR2 – 2 twin beds; BR3 – 2 twin beds; BR4 (very small) – daybed; hall full bath; NO pets or unsupervised group of young people; local calls only on phone. TV in Master and in one twin bedroom.
*** Linens, both bath towels and bed sheets, need to be brought.

Awesome place!

We have rented from Ed and Barbara for several year. They are awesome to deal with..great communication... Beautiful home and great location. Walking distance to the beach/ restaurants. We just love it here and we will be back

Great location

great location for the cost and the house is very nice! We’ve stayed here twice and both times were excellent. Easy 10 minute walk to beach and boardwalk. Nice bikes and plenty of beach chairs included. Hosts are very responsive. Highly recommend!

Peaceful Paradise

Everything about this place was perfect. Beautiful inside and out, with lighthouse themed artwork throughout that really made the stay away from home feel like home. It had all the amenities (two grills, outside shower, games) with only a short 10 min walk to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Love this place!!

We have our annual biking event same time every year. We found this beautiful hpme to rent. I believe fir the past 4 years. The home is decorated very nicely, the home is very clean. Great location. Ed and Barbara are wonderful to work with and when we have a question aboutvsnything theyvare quick to respond . If ypu need a place to stay , this would be the perfect choice. We will be back!!! Perfect family getaway!

Loved this house for a week with our kids. House was clean, well-decorated, and full of vacation amenities like an outdoor shower, multiple TVs, and two porches. Ten minute walk to boardwalk and Bethany shops and restaurants. Can't wait to come back!

Convenient to Boardwalk, clean!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this rental. Very comfortable and clean, and just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. There is a beach cart and beach chairs so you don't need to bring your own. Lots of dishes and hlasses

Just perfect!

Our group of two small families recently stayed here during a local baseball tournament. It was just perfect for us. The location to town, the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. is great. All Walkable to a short bike ride away. The house was well appointed and the owners were very easy to get in touch with and to communicate with. We would definitely return!

Loads of room and great location

This house was the perfect location for our family. 3 block walk to the beach and a parking pass. The owners were easy to communicate with and the House is beautifully decorated. The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms accommodated all of us without crowding. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect week at the Beach

Beautiful home and perfectly maintained. The porches were perfect for relaxing in the morning or at night. So close we walked to the beach and boardwalk everyday. Love how well the town of Bethany is geared towards families. We had a great time and hope to come back

Cycling weekend with Friends

The property was as described. Very clean. Owners kept in touch with me the whole time. Such nice and helpful people. We hardly moved our car , property was near our biking event. Prefect!!! You won’t be disappointed…

Posting and photos are accurate! Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, plenty of places to hang out including the front porch and back screened-in porch. Needed help working the DVD player to show family videos and we’re grateful the owners responded quickly!! Will try to rent the house on our next trip to Bethany!!

Amazing stay at The Lighthouse

We were even more excited for our stay when we opened the door for the first time. The place is gorgeous, clean and decorated awesome. The girls couldn’t stop telling everyone the different places they found lighthouses. The front porch is great and there was a pail and bucket right when we walked in. There was more space both downstairs and in the bedrooms than we had expected. The screened in porch is the perfect place to relax, work and talk. Very nice little backyard. The location was quiet and very close to everything. Cabinets were labelled and we were able to quickly find everything we needed. We loved everything about it. We’re looking forward to staying again, it far exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend booking it for your next visit to Bethany Beach.
