We had a wonderful time at this home. It was probably one of the most well equiped homes we have stayed in, and we have stayed in many rentals. The pool and hot tub were fantastic We paid extra for the pool heat and it worked without fail, even though the high temps were in the fifties for a couple of days during our stay. The home was in a great location near many restaurants and I loved that the community park was accross the street. I would definitely stay in this home again.

Great Home

We loved our stay here. The house was perfect for our time away. It’s very close to Disney as well as restaurants. Lots to do and explore around the area. The house was clean and lovely to relax in. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Stay!

We had an amazing time staying at the property. The owners and cleaning staff are very responsive as well. My daughter left her wallet and ther cleaning lady was kind enough to ship it for us. The property is relaxing, very comfortable and close to everything! We will be back next year!

This home was perfect for our Disney trip. It was close to the parks and my family of four plus our dog fit comfortably. The owners were great and very responsive when I requested a late check out the night before our departure. They were able to accommodate my request allowing us to spend another morning at Disney. The pool was also perfect to relax in after a long day out.

This was our first time at this house, but have stayed at othe houses from the same owners. Never a complaint. Yvonne and John are very responsive and are very easy to work with. This house was very nice and throughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a full morning at the parks. Recommend 100%!

Graduation week celebration

I was in Orlando with family for my college graduation held at Orange County Convention Center. The house was within 15-30 minutes (depending on traffic) of the convention center and Disney Parks. We visited Epcot one day and the small town of Celebration is close for a nice dinner out. Walmart is 2 miles for a quick grocery run. The neighborhood where the house is located is walkable and a park is directly across the street. We felt safe the entire time. The home itself was comfortable, clean and well stocked with linens, cooking utensils and beginning supplies. We loved the pool area and game room and enjoyed hanging out together. Owner responded quickly to questions. We loved everything about it and definitely will stay again if visiting Orlando area.

Perfect house and excellent location! House was clean and as described. The pool and hot tub were the perfect ending to our busy days or for a relaxing breakfast, afternoon, or evening. Everyone enjoyed the pool table, dart board, and the pin ball machine in the bonus game room. The beautiful park directly across the street was an added perk! The number of attractions, stores, restaurants, etc is unbeatable! Only true issue was that there was mouses in house which did not keep us from enjoying ourself house looks small but does have plenty of room. Pool and spa which is older but really cools you off. Owner did answer questions when we had one.

House and pool were nice. It is in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything. We paid for the pool heat and glad we did. King bed in master bedroom was comfortable. The house could use some touch up paint but overall it was good.

In 1999 , after vacationing in Florida many times, I moved from the UK to set up a vacation rental company to help families looking for alternative accommodations from hotel rooms.
I set up a company called Loyalty Vacation Homes and innovatively started doing things differently
I was the very first rental home to have a fun name rather than a street address, and I saw the potential to utilize garages ( that were hardly used in rental homes) and turned them into game rooms. At first they were kind of basic, I put in pinball machines and pool tables.
It wasn’t long before I was managing 120 homes for owners and offering excellent accommodation for guests
In 2018, it was time for me to retire , now John and I concentrate on just our handful of homes , all in the same neighborhood and we strive to make them as perfect as we can
Over the years we have improved our homes and game rooms immensely
I understand the need for quality when going on vacation and we try our hardest to keep our homes up to date and as comfortable as possible .
We live in the same neighborhood and are very hands on. We are always in the homes making sure they are the best they can be. When you book with us , we are here for you whenever you need us. We have an excellent cleaning crew who assist us
We reinvest our money into our homes , and it shows
We’re always looking for newer things to add so that you will be impressed
I enjoy home makeovers and have a lot of fun theming our homes. My latest project is the 50s diner theme in one of our homes
When you stay with us , you will not be disappointed , we help you with as much information as possible prior to booking, prior to your stay , during your stay and during your departure
We chose this area as it is one of the closest sub divisions to Disney , with no end of shopping and restaurants very close by.

Situated directly across the street from the community park, this house has one of the best locations in the neighborhood. We love the neighborhood so much because we live there...you may see us at the bus stop by the park with our granddaughter. You may see us riding our bikes around the neighborhood....John is the tall guy on the red bike!
