Great long weekend stay

This was an excellent property in a quiet location and short drive to Disney. We definitely enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect place for myself, my wife and our pup. Didn’t get the chance to use the pool, but looked clean and inviting. Would definitely recommend this rental to others!

Great family vacay

Loved staying here! Kids loved the pool, we loved having the space to spread out while away for the week. Bill and Nadine were very good at communicating. We would for sure come back.

Great house, great location!

This rental home worked out perfectly for us. Nice and quiet neighborhood with easy access to major roads and close to shopping areas. House was clean and comfortable. Pool was clean with crystal clear water. Internet/Wifi speed was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Nice quiet, safe area!

Overall, our stay went very well. We primarily used this house as a place to sleep and use the pool during a few down hours on a week long trip to Disney. If you enjoy firmer mattresses than you will love the beds. The pool area was nice and it was great having a new washer and dryer. The pool heat is during the day only so if you wanted to use the pool at night keep that in mind. We would stay here again if we go back.

Relaxing At Four Corners

My wife and I spent 27 nights here and 2 friends stayed with us 9 of those night. This is a three bedroom, two bath house in a nice subdivision. It has a nice screened in pool area. The bedrooms all had nice closets and dresser space. We've stayed at numerous VRBO places that didn't. There were TVs in the two larger bedrooms in addition to a larger one in the dining/living room. The WIFI worked well enough to stream video. There were a modern washer and dryer in the garage. The pool area had a nice complement of furniture as well. We had an issue with the main TV that quit working early in our stay and the owner promptly replaced it in a day. We were very happy with our experience at Bill and Nadene's villa.

I rarely leave less than a 5-star review, but we were disappointed with the condition of this property and the neighborhood.While the home is conveniently located near attractions, the surrounding area was not as expected. Many neighboring homes appeared poorly maintained, making us feel uneasy about walking outside with our young daughter. For safety, I checked the windows and found one facing the street unlocked, which added to our concerns.The interior of the home feels outdated, and the master bedroom carpet has noticeable stains. The beds were uncomfortably firm; a 50 mattress topper could make a big difference. Additionally, we found mold on the tiles in the master bathroom shower.Despite the potential for a comfortable stay with some updates and thorough cleaning, we were unsatisfied and chose to leave after the first night of our two-night booking.

The house itself was very nice. The neighborhood was questionable. Some houses were well taken care of and others were not. There were a lot of cars parked in the road. I wish it was a gated community. The pool was very nice.

Comfortable home

Nice home

House was very comfortable and everything worked!! Owner was very accommodating and always answered any inquiry promptly. Unfortunately weather was against us and could not use pool but got in many walks in the neighborhood with our pup. Overall stay was very pleasant.

Quaint Disney Villa is all I could ask for and more

The property was perfect for my elderly father visinting and my toddler as well Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space. Clean properrt as well Hosts are very responsive to any and all questions. Wpuld definitelt stay here agaun
