Modern and well-lit, this spacious unit sleeps up to 9, and is fully equipped with a stocked kitchen complete with quartz countertops and stainless appliances. With an open living/dining space, it's perfect for preparing large meals and enjoying time with your entire group. Step outside onto the front covered furnished patio to enjoy a beverage with the beach air, and have a front row seat for the Friday night fireworks!

In addition to ceiling fans inside and out, your comfort is also assured with central air conditioning, a private washer and dryer, highspeed wifi internet and smart TVs located in every room. Log into your Amazon or Netflix account, or enjoy the complimentary live streaming TV service.

Offstreet parking for one car is provided, and in most cases a second compact car can be accommodated. No need to hassle with lugging everybody's beach chairs and umbrellas to the ocean either, as we provide an umbrella and four chairs in a storage box that's located near the water!

GREAT PLACE!

We are so thankful that we found this property to rent. We were there for a cheer competition at the convention center and were not excited to stay in any of the area's dirty motels. Brian was extremely prompt, courteous and accommodating to our needs. The condo was clean, fully furnished, close to the water and the convention center. We were extremely satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to book this condo again.

Great location and very nice

This was my first time to Wildwood so I had absolutely no idea what to expect. After getting my bearings, I feel like the unit is in a GREAT location, and has such easy access to the boardwalk. Everything inside is in great shape and was perfect for a quick ladies getaway weekend. The weather was total crap so unfortunately we did not step foot on the beach, but there was information posted on where to locate the beach chairs. The balcony is large and so nice to have to just hang outside. I would recommend.

Great space and location, but a little noisy

Overall the space was great for our family and the location was perfect. Everything was clean and in good condition. The only real challenge we had was noise. We were in the middle unit of a 3 story building and there was not much sound proofing between the units, so we heard a lot of overhead footsteps, babies crying, etc. throughout our stay.

The property was fully renovated with comfortable beds. The owner is very nice and accommodating. He let us check in early. It was clean, but due to the recent renovations, dusty. Also, there were no dressers which means you are living out of a suitcase. As such, we weren’t able to feel comfortable in the house.

Amazing week rental!

My overall experience was amazing! The house was clean, neat, COLD!!!- nothing better after getting out of the 90 some degree weather! The kids loved that they could watch Netflix early in the am or at night before bed! We enjoyed the nice 2nd floor patio breeze at night while listening to the excitement from the boardwalkThe owners were absolutely amazing with the whole process and were super super easy to work with!!!! This was a great experience!!

Great Location!

This property is located between two amusement piers, which is terrific if traveling with children. It is a very short walk to the boardwalk and beach. The house itself was clean and practically new. The owners through the whole process were accommodating and easily accessible. We would definitely stay there again.
