Great place that exceeded expectations!

If you travel frequently and want a place that is well maintained, this is the location to use if looking for something near Phoenix AZ. This house exceeded my expectations and the quick responses from our host was excellent. Looking forward to my next trip and plan on staying at this lovely home.

Wonderful experience!

Spacious and gracious. Our group was impressed with the openness of the shared space and appreciative of the coziness of the bedrooms. A recliner was delivered for one of our group before we knew if we needed it. We did and Maria's proactive action was much appreciated. Highly recommend!!

Sunrise

We really enjoyed the house and it was in a perfect location near the ball parks that we wanted to visit during Spring training. The house was very clean and had most of the amenities. Maria was awesome to work with and made the stay very easy. We will definitely stay at Sunrise again next year!! Thank you, Maria!

We have lived in Arizona all of our lives. Veteran owned and operated. We are a military family: David served 25 years in the Navy, our daughter Amanda (who is our co-host) served 8-years in the Air Force.
I am an ASU Alumnae. I am a licensed Realtor with Iannelli and Associates (required to disclose by law)
We love to give back to my community! We are volunteers at heart. We enjoy traveling the world and like to stay at Airbnb properties ourselves, and learn how to improve our place every time we visit a new place!
We are a reliable family and are happy to open our home to those who want or need to visit Arizona. Most importantly, we are trustworthy, honest, and care about people.

Why they chose this property

This property is and close to several event locations. We are a short distance from the Wigwam Resort in Litchfield Park (LP). LP has amazing events that are walking distance (Art in the Park, Christmas in the Park, Wine tasting events, Music events, Golfing events, and an occasional relaxing by the courtyard at the Wigwam with Jazz musicians).

Our home is deal property for families, because there are a several parks within walking distance (The Goodyear municipal park by the YMCA, and Litchfield Park ).
Our back yard was recently updated with a 3-hole pudding green.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location! We are close the Wigwam Golf Course and the resort as well! I-10 is close but not too close. We are 7-miles away from the State Farm Stadium, and a few Pro-Ballparks ( Chicago White Sox, LA Dodgers, Cleveland Guardians, Cincinnati Reds).

Several of our guest have raved about the spacious accommodations in our home. We have large living/family rooms with an open concept.
Within walking distance to Groceries, Coffee, and Golfing.
Coffee shops: Dutch Bros and Starbucks nearby.
