Quiet, clean and great for a family

We stayed for a week in August and had a great time. The location is secluded and secure with everything you need in the house. Being a pre-fabricated property it did have a few creaks but was so much better than a static caravan and much better equipped. Pool was great and just a short walk from the house.

Domaine de la Grenatiere très agréable à vivre, ambiance reposante. Tous les cottages ont un style très sympa et ont chacun un extérieur tres travaillé et très bien entretenu. La piscine chauffée a plu aux enfants. L'intérieur du cottage est spacieux et très sympa à vivre, surtout la grande terrasse (Nous avons déjeuné et dîné souvent dehors même à cette saison).

Schöne Außenanlage, innen enttäuschend

Lage in der Anlage, Möblierung von Garten und Terrasse sehr gut. Fahrradschuppen und Elektrogrill ebenfalls positiv. Negativ: Sauberkeit (Kartoffelchips im Schrank, Dreck in den Betten, Esssensreste in Backofen und Mikrowelle), Bettgröße falsch angegeben, Beleuchtung des Gartenweges defekt (führte im Stockdunkeln zum Sturz mit Beinverletzung), Beleuchtung neben dem Türschloss defekt (Batterien leer), Holzhütte (Haus wäre übertrieben) total hellhörig, da die Wände nur aus Spanplatten bestehen, 1 Fenster klemmt beim Öffnen und kann nicht gekippt werden, Sofa total durchgesessen, Schiebetüren an 2 Schränken defekt, Wasserdruck/Durchsatz im Bad (Schlafzimmer) zu gering (nach Betätigen der Klospülung tröpfels es nur noch aus dem Wasserhahn, bei der Küchenausstattung fehlte eine Teekanne (mussten wir kaufen und haben sie dann "gespendet". Absolutes "Highlight" aber ist der direkte Nachbar. Er ist Eigentümer und scheint dort auf Dauer zu leben und war ständig dabei, Krach zu machen (Sägen, Hämmern, Bohren - teils schon morgens vor 7:00 Uhr bzw. bevorzugt, wenn wir beim Essen auf der Terasse saßen und an 2 Tagen hat er sein gesamtes Grundstück (Schottergarten und Kunstrasen) mit einem Laubsauger "gepflegt", natürlich zu Zeiten, an denen wir uns im Garten aufhielten. Fazit: Als die 2 Wochen vorbei waren sind wir gerne wieder nach Hause gefahren (kommt sonst nie vor). Unser Rat an die Vermieter: Wohnqualität und Instandhaltung verbessern und mehr Wertschätzung für die Mieter.

Nous mettons tout en oeuvre afin de satisfaire, au mieux, nos locataires et de leur fournir un cottage agréable. C’est pourquoi, lorsque vous nous avez fait part du changement de taille du lit (votre réservation ayant été faite il y a un an nous avons acheté un lit double entre-temps), nous vous avons offert les draps adaptés. Concernant le voisin, notre cottage est calme et reposant de par son emplacement favorable éloigné des activités du domaine, tels que l’indiquent tous les autres commentaires. Nous ne sommes pas tributaires de ses travaux de jardinage de la vie courante et une discussion en personne avec celui-ci aurait résolu ce problème. Enfin, nous sommes étonnés de vos retours qui font part de points n’ayant jamais été relevés en plus de 5 années de location. Notre cottage étant classé 3 étoiles, nous sommes tenus à son bon fonctionnement continuel qui fait preuve de vérifications toutes validées. Cordialement.

maison neuve en pleine nature

Résidence neuve bien équipée et exposée au sud avec terrasse très agréable. Literie extraordinaire pour bien se reposer. Tout près de Marseillan pour les fruits de mer et le vin local Picpoul.

La résidence est très belle et bien entretenue. Nous avons néanmoins été déçus, pensant arriver dans un endroit isolé (les photos de l'annonce ont été faites alors que les bungalows n'avaient pas été installés) il s'agit en réalité d'une résidence avec 130 bungalows.

Il est bien précisé que le cottage se situe dans un domaine. Je vous invite à regarder les photos et vous verrez très bien que les autres cottages sont visibles mais tout est conçu pour laisser suffisamment d'espace et de tranquillité à chacun. De plus, nous nous situons dans un endroit très calme et retiré.

belle semaine de vacances

Nous avons apprécié vraiment ce cottage, son emplacement dans un mas au milieu des vignes proche de Marseillan et à proximité de Marseillan plage, Cap d’Agde ……. Les équipements du cottage nous ont permis de vivre confortablement à 6 adultes. De plus nous avons eu accès à des équipements pour le bébé qui était avec nous (lit spécifique, chaise haute) Les installations de loisirs du mas sont bien entretenues et propres. Par mauvais temps, la piscine couverte est un atout majeur. Les propriétaires répondent à nos attentes et la communication entre nous est très bonne malgré la distance De plus, Ils ont un correspondant sur place qui répond rapidement à vos besoins. Je garde cette adresse pour une prochaine location. Bonne journée à tous.

Vacances au calme dans un joli domaine

Nous avons séjourné dans un domaine organisé par des espaces communs calmes, arborés, piscines (2), terrain à boules et un ensemble de maisons avec un style chalet camping jolies. Notre maison avait 2 salles de bain avec WC et 3 chambres très bien distribués. L'organisation de la maison ne permet pas d'avoir un lave-linge, de ce fait, il faut s'organiser sur ce point. La maison a un jardin avec une jolie végétation sans pas trop de vis-à-vis. Le domaine n'est pas renseigné sur WAZE, il faut utiliser les coordonnées GPS indiqués par votre hôte. Ce domaine, est situé à 2-3km environ de Pomérols et 4-5Km de Marseillan dont vous pouvez trouver des jolis plages pas trop occupées pour la période du fin aout. Les piscines sont grandes, propres et bien entretenues. Nous avons profité du calme à la fin du mois d'Aout étant donné que la plus part de vacanciers étaient déjà partis et notre hôte nous a accueilli avec une bonne bouteille de rosé pour les adultes, encore merci!!! Un peu de confort sur les oreilles serait bienvenu. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Notre séjour touche à sa fin. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le chalet, il est grand, propre et décoré avec goût. Côté équipement, c’est plutôt bien aménagé , le cadre est vraiment sympa, au calme; ce que nous recherchions. Nous avons passé d’agréables vacances.

cette location porte bien son nom : petit coin de paradis ! cottage impeccable , vraiment bien équipé et bien pensé . la terrasse est magnifique , l'extérieur est très agréable , les piscines , jacuzzi et aire de détente sont un plus appréciables l'accueil et les prestations sont top ! pour résumer : ne pas hésiter ! c'est trop bien ....

Vacances très reposantes

Cottage sublime entre vignes, pins et mer. Ce cottage est très fonctionnel, spacieux, et très confortable. 2 piscines splendides. Marseillan plage et port sont à 10 minutes. N'hésitez pas à venir prendre un peu de repos à la Grenatiere.
