Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Do not make or strip the beds and leave all towels and linens on the bathroom floor.

Please remove and place all trash in the trash chute, located on each floor behind the elevator between the C and D Wing.

Please dispose of all food, including any food in the refrigerator and freezer, which you cannot take with you. Please leave our plastic food storage containers for the next guests. Start Dishwasher.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

There is a $50 parking fee per vehicle per stay. A 2nd parking pass maybe allowed, depending upon availability. The fee is paid by credit card online.

Any evidence of a Pet , or any evidence of Smoking in the unit will result in an additional $1,000.00 Cleaning Fee to be charged to your credit card.

RVs, trailers, boats, and other items requiring additional parking space are not allowed!

It is a very quiet unit at the end of the hall so you do not hear other guest coming and going. Access to the pool and beach were easy. The condo is well stocked with linens. The beach view was great and it over looks the pool as well.

Loved our stay at Palm Beach Resort! They have worked hard to upgrade/update the property! It is a smaller complex so it was not overcrowded including the beach! Our condo was large and clean. The owner reached out to us via phone and email to make sure everything was great! We will stay again!

Wow, great place three bedrooms two bathrooms we stayed for four days. The kids went home so we called Mark and asked to stay for two more. We liked it so much. We called and asked to stay for two more and then finally we called and asked to stay for two more after a total of 10 days in Mark’s condo Beautiful view of the beach the dolphin swimming by every morning quiet respectful plenty of parking.
