This incredible condo has everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. Centrally located in Orange Beach, walking distance to Publix, Starbucks, and the Coastal restaurant and bar on the beach. Summerchase 303 was recently renovated. Beautiful views of the sandy white beaches and the Gulf of Mexico await you. You'll love watching the dolphins from the balcony. Free Wifi throughout. There are lots of little touches to make your stay more enjoyable, like board games, throw blankets, books, puzzles, a pack and play, and a booster seat for little ones.

The spacious and well-stocked kitchen offers everything you'll need to cook an exceptional meal for you and your guests! Appliances include a stainless fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop, and all the small appliances and utensils. The dining area seats six, and the breakfast bar has four additional seats.

All bedrooms include flat-screen TVs, extra pillows, and throw blankets. The master bedroom is beautifully furnished and offers great beach views, balcony access, and a private master bath with walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two full beds with bright and fun decor. The third bedroom has a queen bed and walk-in closet.

Summerchase is one-of-a-kind complex offers enough amenities to keep you busy throughout your stay. This amazing resort has everything a traveler needs to enjoy an exciting yet relaxing vacation, including a sparkling beachfront pool and children's pool, an indoor heated pool and hot tub, gym, ping pong table, BBQ grills, and a poolside gazebo!

Located in the heart of Orange Beach, on the Alabama Gulf Coast, the area features amazing activities and recreation that you simply can't miss! It is just a short drive from the best restaurants, shops, and nightlife on the island. The Wharf is a sprawling complex hosting many fine dining and casual restaurants and bars, boutiques, a marina, Rave movie theater, laser tag, zip line, a ferris wheel and a 10,000 seat amphitheater where some of the biggest names in music perform year-round!

***Beach chair rental is from March to late October. Rental includes 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella**** This is up to a $40 value per day. It's convenient not having to lug chairs and an umbrella.

Leave kitchen items (dishes, cookware, etc.) clean and put away or if you leave in a hurry at least have dishwasher running to clean those dishes.
Leave property reasonably clean and in reasonable order (Note: Additional cleaning charges may apply).

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Glitter- its too hard on our cleaners as glitter sticks and gets everywhere.
No smoking on the balcony. We ask that you go downstairs if you need to smoke.

The balcony furniture was very awkward and not very accommodating to sit and enjoy the view . a picnic table was very hard to sit at to see anything and the two chairs were very uncomfortable. Mold in all showers. Unit needed updating to comfortable furniture. Location was great.

The property was as advertised and had what we needed for our four night stay. The kitchen had most of what we needed to cook dinner and lunches. The balcony had wonderful views and was great for early morning coffee, storm watching, dolphin sightings and evening cocktails. The location was convenient to grocery stores and local shops. Best part of course was the proximity to the warm sandy beach. If you needed something from the condo you are only short walk through the sand and up the elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Condo was clean, owner was very responsive to messages, and allowed for early check in. The included beach chairs and umbrella rental was a huge plus for us. We also loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Would stay again!

Perfect condo in the perfect location

We loved our stay here and will definitely put it in our favorites to return to. We’ve been coming to the area since the early 90s, and we couldn’t have been happier with this location. It was close to everything we normally drive 15 minutes to get to. And on top of that, Coastal restaurant is literally walking distance. We went there twice without even getting in the car. I simply loved it! You can’t go wrong with this one!

We have taken many trips to OB over the past 25 years, however this trip found us in the best condo we have had the pleasure yo use. Everything was better than we could have wished for, from decor, to the outstanding kitchen, great functionality and location. Summer Chase is just the right size property and the condo was clean and well equipped with everything you need. Only suggestions would be to consider purchasing better bed pillows and maybe replacing the low rattan loungers with Adirondack type table & chairs.

Orange Beach 2024

Nice condo, ocean front view is great. Beach is wonderful and very large. No high rises on either side of property which made so much room for the beach goers. We were able to bring a canopy and an extra umbrella which some places do not allow. This is very important to us. Also no steps to beach is a plus. However, the walkway is a little steep.

Our family of 5 love Orange Beach for it's clean beaches and family friendly atmosphere. After many years of vacationing here, we decided to purchase condo right on the beach. I have worked in hospitality most of my career and love that I get to do it in my personal life as well.

Why they chose this property

The condition of the property and this condo, is immaculate! Plus the location, you are on the beach, walking distance to restaurants(Coastal is next door), state parks, and so much more! The condo has its indoor pool located right inside the same building as the condo, which is so nice!

What makes this property unique

We provide a complimentary beach chair rental for guest staying from Mid March to Mid October! We are centrally located directly on the beach and within walking distance to the Coastal restaurant as well, grocery stores, shops, etc.
