House completely renovated in 2017, facing the beach of Jullouville including a kitchen open to living room and lounge, 4 bedrooms, 2 with private bathroom. A spacious room on the first floor facing the sea, a second on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the ground floor. Two terraces, one facing the sea facing south west and another on the ground south facing garden. Very quiet location, ideal for sharing family vacations.

Fantastique séjour !

Idéalement située avec une vue imprenable sur la baie et les îles Chausey. Pour les inconditionnels de Jullou que nous sommes, on ne pouvait espérer mieux. L’organisation de la maison sur 3 étages a permis de préserver des « zones d’intimité » pour les différentes générations. Un calme aussi très apprécié, suffisamment proche du centre de Jullou pour faire les courses à pieds en longeant la côte et suffisamment éloignée pour n’avoir aucune nuisance sonore. L’accès direct à la plage a permis aux enfants et à notre petite fille de profiter pleinement de la plage et ma maman de 93 ans a pu jouir de la vue et les observer faire des châteaux de sable depuis le jardin…Nous avons passé des vacances parfaites, quatre générations réunies dans un lieu magnifique. La propriété est rénovée avec goût et ne manque de rien. Le jardin est super et les deux terrasses font que l’on peut profiter du soleil à longueur de journée - la maison est d’ailleurs très lumineuse. 100% satisfaits, nous ne pouvons que recommander. Excellente communication avec Nathalie. Que dire de plus: foncez! Vous ne serez pas déçus.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, même si la météo nous a joué des tours. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous sommes venue à 2 familles, les 3 salles de bain et les chambres à chaque étage permettent une intimité appréciable. La maison est belle, bien équipée, propre et idéalement située. merci encore à Nathalie pour l'accueil et les conseils.

Une vue imprenable avec un accès à la plage sécurisant.

Maison conforme à la description. Très propre, confortable et bien équipée. Accueil attentionné et contact très aisé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille !

Maison idéalement située

Maison idéalement située en front de mer, dont le terrain côté mer est en surélévation de quelques mètres par rapport à la promenade qui borde la plage, ce qui fait que les promeneurs ne sont pas en visibilité de la propriété et vice versa, donc cette maison associe à la fois la tranquillité et un superbe point de vue. Très bon équipement intérieur et extérieur . Environnements proches magnifiques. Accueil très sympathique.
