An old French farmhouse extended and added to over time. Spacious with lots of relaxing space. Everything you could possibly need for cooking washing and a dishwasher. The host was a very friendly person who showed us everything that we needed to know about the property. Easy to communicate with her prior to arrival and she was very flexible about check in and checkout arrangements. The property is around 15 mins drive to Granville and is well placed for travel to other parts of the region. I would recommend this property highly.

A lovely house with everything you could want; comfortable furniture, a very well stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a large shady garden. Our holiday was during a period of record breaking temperatures and it was difficult to get cool for a few days but one could hardly blame the house for that!Delphine our host was extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions for places to visit. As the property is only a few minutes drive from Granville we took advantage of its numerous restaurants. It’s worth mentioning the museum at Le Roc in the high town which has wonderful displays of art made entirely of thousands of seashells as well as an aquarium of extremely high quality.We also loved the table tennis table! I’d recommend this property to any family or group of friends looking to holiday in a lovely part of Normandy.

Normandy holiday

Good size property with safe garden for children. Quiet location but very near excellent beaches and supermarkets. Open air markets well worth a visit at stadium Dior on Wednesdays, St Pair on Thursdays and Granville on Saturday. Lots of seafood eateries, St Pair, Granville and south along the coast. Ate outside mostly but very roomy conservatory if needed.

Rural location but close to all the amenities. Granville 5 minutes drive. Beach 30 min. walk away.

Enjoyed our stay in this well-equipped gite in a rural location but very close to all the amenities. There was a beautiful beach, Nicholas St Plage, about a 30 minute walk away and the seaside village, St Pair Sur Mer was about a 45 minute walk from the gite. The Leclerc Hypermarket was also about a 30 minute walk away or a couple of minutes in the car and the bustling town of Granville, with it's port, coastal walks, restaurants, shops, art gallery and beach was about a 5 minute drive away. Plenty to do and see and an ideal base to explore the many beaches as well as St Malo and Mont St Michel. The gite was very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room with the addition of a lovely, light conservatory to relax in. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable and two excellent showers. The owners were very welcoming . Wouldn't hesitate to return to this property again.

Sejour à la mallouette semaine du 1er janvier 2025

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette belle maison bien équipée, au calme dans la campagne tout en etant à 2kms de Granville. Rien ne manque, vaisselle, literie de qualité, bois pour la cheminee. Très bon accueil des propriétaires charmants et à l'écoute.

La Mallouette

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette jolie maison pleine de caractère, très bien équipée et parfaitement adaptée à une famille. Mention spéciale à la belle véranda donnant sur les arbres du jardin, et à l'accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes, dont les conseils nous ont permis de choisir au mieux les destinations de promenades et autres activités, à Granville même et dans les environs.

Le jardin sous le soleil de Pâques est un vrai bonheur

Ideale pour un séjour en pleine nature dans le cadre verdoyant de la Normandie, mais aussi très proche de Granville et ses plages, la maison allie l'authentique maison de famille un peu "old-fashioned", au charme d'un jardin superbe où il fait bon déjeuner dehors ou dans la véranda. Les prés alentours avec leurs chevaux font le bonheur des amoureux de la nature.

bel endroit paisible

Notre tribu ( 10 personnes ) a superbement apprécié cette belle maison à la campagne, toute proche des plages et de Granville. Maison hyper confortable et spacieuse, dans laquelle on se sent bien, comme chez soi. Un grand merci à Yvan pour son accueil et ses attentions vis à vis de nos petits-enfants qui ont pris beaucoup de plaisir avec tous les jouets mis à leur disposition. Excellent accueil d’yvan Et de son épouse dans une maison magnifique et un cadre admirable ! Tout est prévu dans la maison et les propriétaires sont super disponibles et flexibles. Je recommande cette location à tous ceux qui veulent passer un séjour très très agreable et au calme!
