Huge open floor plan Tower Grove Unit!!

Great open floor plan apartment with super tall ceilings with over a 1000 sq ft; all updated!! Unit has dishwasher, microwave and washer & dryer. The hardwood floors are in great condition. Smart TV in living room and bedroom. Super location just 3 blocks from Tower Grove Park. Tons of restaurants within walking distance. Huge bedroom measuring 22 x11. Brand new king bed and mattress. This is a really unique space, the property is a mixed use building with your unit being a grocery store 40 years ago and my office about 8 years ago, it has been residential for the past 6-7 years. Unit has a little over 1200 sq feet, the bedroom is 22 x 11. It has ornate 15 feet tall ceilings, the main space is wide open to the kitchen. One of the really awesome features of this space is the outdoor patio. Patio is fenced in and has a good size built in firepit, picnic table and your own bbq grill!! The wood flooring was just redone, all rooms have been freshly painted. There is a washer & dryer in the unit. The bathroom has a walk in shower; but no tub.

Wow !

This property exceeded my expectations. The unit was clean and bright. The hardwood floors were shining and smooth. The smell of Murphy’s Oil Soap was inviting. Roku TV was a great feature. I would love to book it again for my return visit to St. Louis in 2020. Nice job Murph 👍

Perfect for after hospital stay!

We were looking for a handicap accessible location and this place was perfect! Lots of space, clean and a great location! Also everyone was very friendly. Must try The Shaved Duck and Steve’s Hot Dogs both in walking distance.

Everything was perfect. My boyfriend really enjoyed the theater seating in the living room! The bed was incredibly comfortable. The outside space was relaxing and the property is close to downtown but not too close. This place will be missed!!

This is a great property, the unit is huge with over a 1000 sq ft, the floor plan is very open and everything is new, including the king size bed. Tons of natural light. The location is incredible right in the heart of the city, close to everything!!
