You'll love the CLEAN and inviting spaces; entire house living; mountain, city, and valley VIEWS; and PRIVATE access to TRAILS in a 630acres nature park!
We also offer two fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, white bedding, HOTTUB, 2 separate driveways, and two washers/dryers.
It is conveniently located close to Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, and Brighton Ski Resorts. Perfect for families and couples who enjoy the mountains.
You'll have plenty of privacy to come and go as you please with a completely private driveway and entrance. Quiet hours are requested between 10 PM and 7 AM.
We've created a "visitor's guide" which will be available to you in the apartment complete with local restaurant ideas, mountain access recommendations, and information about local attractions such as the Aquarium, the Hale Center Theater. We've also shared a bit about the geology and history of the area, from the days of the Lake Bonneville and the Ice Age Glacial Period, to the more modern history of the Latter-Day Saint Pioneers and Alta Ski Resort.
As Superhosts, we'll be happy to help you with any recommendations or questions- consider us your private concierge to the valley. From advice on how to get up to the resort, where to park, where to ski, where to eat and nightlife, we are experts in this Valley and are here to help.
This is a pet-friendly, no-smoking environment.
You'll have your own private off-street parking (maximum 4 vehicles), along with your own private entrance. You'll occupy the full 4700 square feet of the home.
This is a beautiful home views from every window and with direct access to your parking area. The yard is fully fenced, but there is a gate on the south side which leads directly out to the walking and running trails of Dimple Dell Regional Park. Watch the riders who frequent the area on horseback, or simply take in the view of Lone Peak, which towers over our backyard at an impressive 11,233 feet above sea level!
This is a quiet family neighborhood and is a perfect place to re-energize your mind, get out and get the blood moving, or simply relax and recharge knowing you're less than 30 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, Vivint Smart Home Arena (home of the Utah Jazz), Temple Square, or the University of Utah.
Driving south your only 30 miles from Lavell Edwards Stadium (home of the BYU Cougars), or Timpanogos Cave National Monument.

The park is a unique and picturesque oasis unlike any other in the Salt Lake Valley and is frequented by horseback riders and joggers. This is more than just a place to stay; it is a destination in and of itself!!!

While public transportation hubs are nearby, such as the Park-n-Ride Ski Bus pickup (6 minutes away by car) or the TRAX Light Rail Station at Sandy Civic Center (10 minutes), you'll likely want to have access to a rental car or other personal vehicle as restaurants and shopping are not really within comfortable walking distance.
That said, if you do need to "rideshare" to here with service from the airport, you can expect to spend about $30 to $40.
