Peace and quiet, no regrets you didn't book next to noisy, screeching train tracks downtown. Play Corn hole, enjoy pink sunsets. And we don't charge an extra pet fee for your family member, but you must inquire with breed and age (s) before booking as I do have some insurance restrictions.

Awesome for the family!

Amy was most accommodating. and the home was beautiful! We were here for the Bike the Coast event and the home was central to everything. Markets, Food, and the Oceanside Pier! Beds are super comfortable and the home is very dog friendly. She did a really good job on clean up as no pet hair or anything as well! Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Comfortable beachy vacation home

Very nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The outdoor space is a big plus, we enjoyed the lawn, corn hole games, fire pit and the barbecue. The owner has the home well appointed with everything you need to cook and everything you need to enjoy the beach! Thank you for the fluffy towels, boogie boards and beach chairs! Our dog loved it here too🐶 while we were here it was really humid and it was tough to cool down the house, especially the master but it had a nice standing fan which helped. I’m not sure if that is normal for Oceanside in July, maybe it was just our luck. We really loved it anyway!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It was everything & more! Super cute! Clean! Well located. The backyard was a small hidden oasis! It truly is a sexy house on the hill!

San Diego native: I grew up in San Diego, went to SDSU and lived all over the county. As an IT/cybersecurity consultant, my work requires a lot of travel. With so many friends and family members in San Diego, I decided to buy a house in the best place near the beach so that I would never lose touch with my roots. Oceanside has the BEST weather in the world.

Why they chose this property

Jasper and Cindy, my 2 big Great Pyrenees doggies need space to play. We wanted to be near the beach, but far enough away to avoid summer congestion on Pacific Coast Highway and the noisy, grating, train tracks. This spot on 1/2 acre is private, with no close neighbors. It's quiet and lovely and close enough to walk to the beach. Easy coaster access with plenty of UBER/LYFT around.

What makes this property unique

Come anytime after 4pm check-in. Key code is on the front door. I send it out the day of check in. If the house cleaners finish early, you can check in early. Do you like to play games? Enjoy playing corn hole in the backyard grass, fire pit, grill and enjoy the house as I would. Well-appointed as my whole family visits often.
