On a hillside, on a wooded plot with play and relaxation areas (trampoline, table tennis table, barbecue, board games, library, garden furniture, river, deckchairs). Located on the departmental 907 between Saint Jean du Gard (5km) and Anduze (9km), close to all shops and many bathing and fishing places. In a charming authentic Mas "Eden" in stones, mixing authentic charm, natural beauty conducive to rest, comfort of life and human relationships. The "Iris" gîte offers 65m² of living space with every comfort, very pleasant 17m² terrace with magnificent open views of the outdoor areas, the valley and the river.
One bedroom has its TV, its shower room and wc (suite) the other bedroom with separate shower room and wc, a convertible sofa in the living room. Direct access from the garden to the river at the swimming area. Car park,
