Renovated house 300 m from Miramar beach

T4 house of 65m2 duplex, furnished and equipped with contemporary materials:

On the ground floor, a comfortable and bright living room, with sofa/ armchairs and TV, a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, multi-function microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee maker, toaster,...), a snack plan for meals in a friendly atmosphere.

A bathroom/ WC with shower design and equipped with a washing machine.

Upstairs, sleeps 6: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (lit160x200 and 140x190) and 1 cabin room with 1 trundle bed (2x1pers), all fitted with cupboards to store your personal belongings.

The house is located in a quiet environment. It has a private fenced garden, with sunbathing for relaxation and sunbathing, a terrace with table and garden chairs for aperitifs and meals or grills (Weber gas barbecue) and an outdoor shower for rinsing after the beach.

The house is located in La Londe les Maures (Var), town between Hyères Les Palmiers and Le Lavandou.

It is ideally located: 300m, the sandy Miramar beach, the forum with restaurants/ bars and shops, the marina with daily shuttles in summer for the islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros, the coastal path that runs along the coves with turquoise waters (beaches Léoube, Estagnol, Cabasson...) to the Fort de Brégançon, many bike paths through vineyards and olive groves...

Parking near the residence (location along the road and several free parking). Optional, possibility of private location (contact me).

The house is equipped with free WiFi.

For the end of stay cleaning you have the possibility either to carry out it by yourself, or to take the option "end of stay cleaning" at the rate of 70 €

Towels, tea towels and bed linen (sheets/ pillowcases) are not provided but have the opportunity to rent from the Forum Laundry which is 300m from the house. You can consult the website "laverie du Forum" for any useful information.

Children welcome, no disabled access.
Non smoking rental, pets not allowed.

very nice house

We had a very good time, house is equipped with everything you need and clean, the hosts very forthcoming and friendly. Thank you, Nathalie, for your warm welcome. We enjoyed the joyful house, the near beaches, and the activities in the vicinity. Porquerolles by boat is a must!

We would love to visit again!

We had a wonderful vacation in la Londe. The house has everything we needed, was very clean and lovly decorated. The contakt to the owner was very frindly and warmly. Very nice and clean house in a small residential complex

We spent a week in summer 2018 in this beautiful, very well-kept house. The landlady is very anxious and helpful. Several smaller shops are within walking distance and the beach is also within walking distance. Unfortunately there was no WLAN in the house.

Auf den Fotos sah es nach 3 Schlafzimmern aus. Auch im Text wurde es so beschrieben. Leider ist das dritte „Zimmer“ nur eine sehr kleine Nische im Flur. Es gibt keine Tür, nur eine Vorhang. Die zwei Betten sind unbequem. Für sechs Personen ist die Wohnung definitiv nicht geeignet! Wir haben uns etwas verschaukelt gefühlt.Alles sauber, gute Ausstattung, alles funktioniert. Die beiden echten Zimmer sind klein aber komfortabel. Man ist schnell am Strand, Bäcker, Mini-Markt, Eis. Parken auf der Strasse problemlos. Große Auswahl an Restaurants im fussläufigen Umfeld. Top Burger bei „Bouche B“ in Richtung Hafen.

Je suis surprise par votre commentaire concernant les chambres car vous n'avez fait aucune remarque au moment de la présentation de la maison à votre arrivée ou au moment du départ. Dans l'annonce, il est pourtant bien préciser dans la description que la maison se compose de 2 chambres et d'1 chambre "cabine". Quant au confort, les retours sont habituellement positifs. Tout de même satisfaite que l'environnement de la maison vous ai plu. Belle fin d'été. Nathalie

Séjour d’une semaine

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce logement. Propreté, équipement, jardin très propre, douche solaire dans le jardin. Nous n’avons pas pensé à demander à l’hôte un emplacement de parking ce qui avec 3 petits en bas âge la semaine du 15 août fut une vraie contrainte. Sinon tout très bien

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans cette maison. Nous avons été très bien reçu. La description est conforme à l’annonce. Maison bien équipée tout comme l’intérieur que l’extérieur. Les enfants ont suffisamment de place pour jouer dehors. C’est très agréable de pouvoir aller à pied aux petits commerces, restaurants, et à la mer. Merci beaucoup

Vacances La Londe Les Maures

La maison est très bien, moderne, propre, avec la climatisation et tout le confort. La plage de Miramar est proche et agréable. En revanche, je n’ai pas apprécié l’environnement autour de la maison, trop d’immeubles et de maisons de locations, c’est très bétonné du coup et assez étouffant. De plus, on entend beaucoup les avions de l’aéroport de Hyères. En résumé, rien à redire sur la qualité de l’hébergement, c’est plus l’environnement immédiat qui m’a un peu déçue.

Bonjour Isabelle, Je suis navrée et surprise que l'environnement de la maison ne vous ait pas plu. C'est la première fois depuis 6 ans de location que nous avons cette remarque. La maison se situe dans une résidence de maisons individuelles, toutes avec jardins. Un champs de fleurs, une pinède, des vignes se trouvent à l'arrière, et la plage de sable est à 300m. Autour du Forum (place où se trouvent les commerces), il y a bien quelques immeubles, mais aucun n'a plus de 4 étages. La Londe les Maures est une des communes du Var qui dispose d'un littoral où la nature est préservée. Toutefois, je suis contente de savoir que la maison et ses équipements vous aient convenu. ein kleines süßes Häuschen mit großem Garten, alles wunderbar

die zwei Zimmer mit Klimaanlage haben wir bei den Temperaturen gut genossen, gut ausgestattete Küche hat Spaß beim Kochen gemacht, den Gasgrill im Garten haben wir ebenfalls genutzt und meistens draußen gegessen, das Bad war picobello, die Betten haben bequeme Matratzen, WLAN war auch OK, 10 Minuten zum Meer durch den schattigen Weg im Wald kann man empfehlen, die Agentur vor Ort mit Frau Sylvia entgegenkommend und sehr nett

Très bonne location

Petite maison idéalement située pour découvrir la région et tout proche d'une belle plage. Maison conforme aux photos et très bien équipée. Nathalie est très à l'écoute et une hôte très organisée. Seul bémole : il faut apporter ses draps ou les louer à la blanchisserie juste à côté.

Concernant les draps, je reconnais que c'est un véritable confort d'avoir les lits faits à l'arrivée mais pour des raisons d'organisation il m'est difficile de proposer ce service. La location de draps auprès de la blanchisserie qui se trouve à 300m est la solution que je propose aux vacanciers qui ne souhaitent pas les apporter. Séjour agréable au bord de mer

Nous avons passez une semaine idyllique dans la maison de Nathalie. La proximité avec les plages ainsi que des lieux comme Bormes, l'île de Porquerolles ou Hyères en fait un lieu idéal. Le petit jardin a également été apprécié par nos deux enfants, qui pouvaient jouer tranquillement a l'extérieur et profiter du beau temps. Concernant le logement, il était très propre à notre arrivée, fonctionnel avec tout ce qu'il faut et bien décoré. Nous y reviendrons à coup sûr!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans votre maison. Nous avons aimé La décoration ainsi que le calme de la residence. On se sent tout de suite comme chez soi grâce à tout le confort et Les petites attentions dans tous les domaines: livres, jeux. Il ne manque rien .
