Welcome to our home! Ideal for your stay in Redding for its central location, yet, quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood. Perfect for those who love the outdoors, sightseeing, enjoying unique shops, or even visiting Redding’s world famous Bethel Church. Walking distance to the Sacramento River trail, minutes to the Sun Dial Bridge, Shasta Lake, or Whiskeytown Lake. Finally, we hope you’ll take advantage of the park just outside our back gate, offering covered tables, a playground, and basketball courts.

This 3000 sq ft 2 story home offers an open floor plan, with a large mud room, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a cal-king bed with an ensuite featuring heated flooring, a walk in closet, and French doors that lead out to a small porch. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed, bedroom 3 offers two twin beds and bedroom 4 offers a queen bed with a futon couch. All new bedroom furniture along with new bed linens. The kitchen is newly remodeled and is fully stocked and wonderful for multiple cooks on the large island. There is also a bbq on the deck. Downstairs offers a matchless 1,000 sq ft game room, featuring a pool table, foosball, ping pong table, dart board, wii and xbox gaming systems with 2 gaming chairs. A mini kitchen with fridge and microwave. The 4th bedroom is down stairs with the 3rd bathroom and large laundry room. There is a storage room door in the laundry room that is locked and unavailable for use. There is a large balcony with table and chairs and our backyard offers a gazebo with a fire pit and a bocce ball court. We provide unlimited wifi access with a large screen smart TV. For safety this house also features a motion censored camera at the front and rear entryways.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off the house thermostat. If either of the splitters were used make sure to shut them off as well.
Leave all used bed linens on top of the bed do not remove mattress cover or pillow covers only strip away the pillow cases and bed sheets.
All dirty towels leave down in laundry room area. Please do not wash them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No shoe policy, failure to comply will result in partial to full forfeit of deposit
No candles or fireplace usage, failure to comply will result in partial to full forfeit of deposit
No street parking allowed including guests. You are responsible for making sure everyone parks in the driveway only. Violation will forfeit deposit.

My name is Dera and my husbands name is Chuck, we have been married for 31 years and have 3 adult children and 1 beautiful granddaughter. We live in San Diego and own and landscaping/tree business for over 32 years. We love Redding and it has been our dream to own a home here and visit Redding often throughout the year! 2 of our daughters attended Bethel Ministry School (BSSM) in Redding so we like to come up and visit with them often. We love to camp and go to the desert to ride in our dune buggy. We are an avid fishing family and we love outdoor activities! It is our hope that you enjoy Redding as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

This property offers an open floor plan, newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It is 4 bedroom and 3 bath. Unique to our home is our game room, at 1000 sq ft we get to become kids again and get away for awhile and play games as a family! The home is quite spacious at just over 3000 sq ft. We put love into our home and we hope you feel just as at home here as we do!!

The location of this home is prime. We are seconds to the 299 freeway 5 min to the 44 and 5 freeway, 5 min into town for unique shops to enjoy and plenty of bars/eateries to choose from. We are about 12 min to Bethel Church, 7 min to Whiskeytown lake. Walking distance to Sacramento River Trail 10 min to Shasta Lake and theres a 3 acre park with a playground and basketball court right out our back gate.
