Enjoy lazy days watching the river go by, fishing, bird watching, taking a dip in the hot tub and a swim in the pool. Great floor plan for family gatherings and weekend retreats. Whiskeytown Lake and Lake Shasta are just minutes away. Master suite w/new marble bath. Three additional bedrooms. Two with a queen-size bed, one with 2 queen beds. Hall bathroom w/shower over tub, recently remodeled. New T.V and cable installed in master as well as living room. Wifi internet available.
